    very easy to set up and use. Coffee is hotter than my former coffee maker (Mr. Coffee). Would like to see a bigger cup size (10 oz. is biggest for this unit).

    We have used Keuig for about 7 years now and have not been disappointed. Once we tried this coffeemaker, we never looked back. We keep a spare in our garage which we take on vacation with us, always able to enjoy that Best Coffee flavor. Highly Recommend! Be sure to purchase the 2 year geek squad warranty, Best Buy will replace a defective unit with their no hassle warranty.

    I bought other brands and found they do not work as well as this one. The others seem to get coffee grounds in the cup during brewing and ruins the whole cup for me. I returned the other brand and purchased this one. I now own two of these and love bot of them!! It never disappoints and I can count on it to make a fresh cup in seconds when I am ready for one, It is worth the money and investment. Enjoy and get yours today!!

    These K-cup servers are the best ever coffee makers. They do exactly what they're designed to do. And Best Buy has the best prices and delivery processes. This coffee maker I purchased was a replacement for the exact same model I had the was about 10 years old that finally failed.
