When it’s hot and full, almost impossible to remove the inner dish from the outer part. Lid does not fit well on just the inner dish, so to carry securely you have to take the whole unit. So impossible to store your leftovers in it in the fridge

This is about as basic as you get. My only real complaint is that there is no way to lift the crock out when the food is done cooking. There are no handles, so you have to leave the crock inside while serving the food.

So disappointed. I needed a crock pot and read all the reviews, plus it's the crock pot brand so I trusted it. For super bowl I was making sausage and peppers and put it on high. 3 hours later, the sausage (that were cut in small pieces) were still very undercooked. I had to finish them in the oven. I really need a good crock pot, but these ( I bought 2) ARE going back. Again very disappointed.
