This is a very high price for a robot mop. Not worth the price

Really love this little guy. Does an excellent job doing my small kitchen and bathrooms. It is perfect for smaller areas. Also it is small and easily storable. I like the fact it has a small battery and has a small charger that does not take up much space. I have a Roomba and do not have another space for a large charging station. My spaces are small so I do not need a larger machine that maps like the M6. I also like the fact it stops at the carpeted areas and does not spray on walls. I let the robot run when I am not around because it is small and can not cause much damage. If you have smaller spaces to mop I highly recommend the Braava Jet 240. If your spaces are large like big hardwood floors with obstacles I would go with the Braava Jet M6.

I like this Braava jet 240, as its small, lightweight size makes it easy to store, charge the battery, add cleaning agent, and place it in the floor. Its especially useful in getting around bathroom fixtures.

In the time it takes to prep it, sweep the floor(cuz it doesn't suck up) lost in slowly white the bathroom floor.. Then clean out again and put it away. You could sweep twice, wipe with a few paper towels and be done on your time table, not it's glacial pace.

This device is amazing, but not for everybody. Not for large homes with hard flooring throughout. It is limited in terms of square footage it can mop all at once. However it does what it can do exceedingly well. Surpassed my expectations. Wish it came with the reusable pads.

Reliable. Can do sweep and mop, both. Low enough that it can go under all our couches which is awesome. No more dust bunnies lurking under beds and couches.

This mopping bot has made my life so much easier. Its small and takes a bit to clean a smaller kitchen floor. Yet, it is very precise. It typically will get every little nook and cranny. Im in love! I actually purchased this device directly from Irobot. But, I wanted folks to know about my experience. :)

My replacement mopper robot has died. I originally ordered the first around June 2019. It stopped working and was doing this odd backward spinning action, etc. in October 2019. I had figured out it’s quirks and appreciated it’s small size and ability to get into tight spaces by this time. I contacted iRobot and after a process, received a new replacement for my four month old mopper. Fast forward to December 2020. It starts doing odd things again. Constantly stopping, not moving forward, going in tight circles, then it would work correctly for a bit. It does this for a few months, getting increasingly annoying. Well, it finally stopped this month, April 2021, about 16 months into it’s lightly used gentle existence. I contacted iRobot this am to give everyone an accurate picture of how they will treat your $179 purchase. First off, customer service was polite. But there is absolutely nothing they can (excuse me:WOULD) do. At first, I was told that I could send it in for $132 (this includes shipping both ways, parts and the box) but that statement was later changed after she spoke with a supervisor. There are NO replacement parts available for this item. There is NO repair. I was offered 15% off another iRobot after I explained that I was going to review this item everywhere humanly possible. As a side note, we have a vacuum robot from the same company and have had a dismal time with it. We have gone to a different brand (Deebot) and have been very happy. I find it very frustrating that this company sees no issue with consumers spending $179 for an item with such a short shelf life and absolutely no support. Now I am stuck with 6 boxes of the mopper pads because I will not buy another mopper, let alone another product, from iRobot again. You have been warned!

Battery never lasted for 30 minutes. This machine easily gets confused by furniture and stops all the time. You basically have to babysit it. Here is a picture of it confused by the wall.

I am a single parent and can tell you, this is a must have. Don't know how I survived prior to my Roomba and Braava jet. They make my life so much easier. They work well and I can get other things done while they take care of the floors. Love, love, love...

I bought the Braava Jet with the impression that it would clean the floor on my small bathroom. It barely cleaned anything. Also, i noticed the battery life was poor at best. Buy a mop, its quicker and easier.

I don't have to mop anymore. This little robot (much smaller than roomba) sprays water and then rides over it simulate mopping.

Have you ever wanted to spend $200 on a product that requires constant supervision and never works more than 5 minutes without breaking down? Then the Braava Jet is right for you! Simply insert the cleaning pad and fill with water. After the simple push of a button it will use its amazing technology to immediately find the nearest wall, crash into it, beep sadly and stop. You can start this from any position in any hard floor room and within seconds you will be running into that room to try again. In some ways, it’s the greatest workout tool ever invented. As a mop, it’s 100% useless.

Works ok... Just so-so... I wouldn't say this is a very smart robot.
