Excellent multipurpose appliance. The size makes it a full replacement/complement to our stove’s oven. It handles our toasting needs, gives an air fryer & a dehydrator.

I love the versatility of the Breville Smart Oven. It can air fry, toast, broil, bake - whatever you need. It holds a much larger volume of food than the smaller air fryers, so it works for our family. It’s a real time-saver, as well, and has been a great addition to my kitchen.

We had the breville model without the air fryer option. We got it in 2012 still worked fine but wanted to upgraded to the air fryer unit. Love it and they are built to last!!!

Upgraded my Breville with Air frier function. This unit is much bigger than my original one. Love all the functions, and available cooking space.

This was a great purchase decision. Replaced older, smaller model. Very very happy with the brand and the quality of this appliance. I would recommend to others. Mostly eliminates use of our big oven! Super convenient, easy to keep clear.

I have been very pleased with the oven so far. I love the large size and ability to bake at different levels at the same time. The sides do get hot so be careful. I have to work on timing since it is a convection oven. I overbaked banana bread this week. Rarely use my large oven. I purchased from a store further from my home simply because they actually had the oven out on display and the one near our home did not. I was willing to go a little out of my way since this particular store went out of their way to take up display space with something other than electronics. Thank you to the Elyria Ohio store.

We couldn't wait to get home to try it. It didn't disappoint. All the functionalities work expertly well, especially the air fryer function! Hoping soon to try out the dehydration function .

I waited until it went on sale in December '24 but even at the $100 reduced price of $399, I thought it was overpriced so 1 star off for value or lack thereof......it is now May 2025 and the unit is failing so 2 stars off for durability. It has started to cook inconsistently, settings I use every day such as toast randomly change as does the temperature.... it requires constant monitoring. The unit is not at all easy to clean, quite often the plug will get hot, there is no power switch ..... if you are going to air fry, get a dedicated air fryer as this one is more like a "bake with air circulation".... there is a warning on the air fryer rack that reads "Do not use with foods that will drip while cooking"...... so forget about air frying any kind of meat or anything coated in a batter. This is my first and last Breville product.

Breville makes great products with top reviews, but they keep improving. After 12 years of daily (2-3 x a day) use, the convection motor was giving up. Before it completely stopped, we ordered the same model, and can see that the Breville engineers haven’t rested. They’ve actually improved the top rated (Consumers Reports and Cooks Illustrated) toaster oven. First, it actually toasts well (most “toaster ovens don’t). It bakes, brooks and roasts wonderfully as well, replacing our regular oven for all but large stuff, saving energy and cooking well. It’s also perfect for drying veggies, like tomatoes.

I love it! It's really nice to have one appliance that does so many things and does them all so well. I've barely used my regular oven since we got this!

I was hesitant with its small size, but I quickly found out the size is not an issue. I was still able to make lasagna, frozen pizza and a meatloaf in it. It works great...just keep an eye on your food because it does tend to cook a little faster.

This is an essential tool in our kitchen. We are using it to prepare foods we like that are more healthy. It’s easy to use and comes with multiple racks for different dishes. It doesn’t heat up the entire kitchen as our regular ovens do. Highly recommend this essential kitchen appliance.

All hail the Smart Oven Pro. Excellent toasting, fast preheating, even convection baking. Easy to figure out and use. Included pans and stuff are solid. Even works okay as a dehydrator--use the low setting and a long timer. Since it's so small and has convection, it does cook fairly hot. For most recipes, I bump down the temp a bit and pull stuff a minute or two early. Keep an eye on your bakes until you get used to it.

My first toaster oven with the benefits of being a convection oven. LOVE it!!!! Very easy to use and clean. I think I will only use my large oven for the holidays. Thought it would take up a lot of room on my counter but it does not!

Many different uses on this unit some I haven’t used but impressed with the ones I have used. It is nice to have a smaller sized oven, air fryer is great the outside of this unit is not hot I feel safe using it on my countertop

I picked this device so I would not have to use my large gas oven. I love how easy the controls are to use. Adjusting the racks for the different types of cooking is a bit of a nuisance, but doesn't have to be done often. The front access crumb tray is a fabulous idea.

I have used this oven almost daily since I purchased it. I only turn my large oven on now if what I'm cooking won't fit in the Breville. It's fantastic! The only downside is that the air fryer doesn't work as well as I expected (takes longer, is very messy), but that's a small price to pay for such a great little oven.

This works like a dream, so easy to use. I’m not going to lie, at first it is intimidating, but once you are over that, it’s awesome. Even cooking. Really loud beep though.
