Great purchase. Definetly recommend. Works way better than the shark I owned previously. Love that it can map your floor plan.

I love this thing, we let it run almost everyday. Great at picking up fur as well.

This is the best robot vacuum that I've owned in this price range. The app works great and does a great job vacuuming carpet/hardwoods.

Very happy with this new iteration of the Neato! Item was delivered on time, and this is a great robotic vacuum. The XV-11 is still going strong, and is now on duty upstairs, while this one is the new downstairs vac.

I don't enjoy sweeping floors or vacuuming the carpet. This thing does it well, it doesn't bump like crazy against walls and obstacles, not too loud. And you can schedule a cleaning routine

Robot died within 2 years after minimum use (2-3 times a week). It does not connect to app after several attempts, there are number of forums online and on youtube with same problem. I took care of all the maintenance activities regularly. Company provides only 1 year warranty and repairs are through 3rd party. Customers have to pay for all the expenses for repair for out of warrenty. These machines are not cheap. Company needs to help out customer to provide them value for money. I will never recommend this brand to anyone else. absolute piece of garbage and waste of money.

The Botvac D5 is a great robot vac. I scored big when it went on sale last Christmas. Easy to set up and use. Does a great job keeping floors clean of dust, dirt, crumbs, small trash, etc.

We really love this vacuum. It was a struggle to start. You really need to baby sit the mapping session. After that, use the no go lines. Then It’s smooth sailing. Buy it, you’ll love it!

Idid have to contact neato about the brush. It didn't perform well.So they replaced it with a serial blade brush. That were happy to help me.

Purchased this for my grandparents for Christmas so grandma wouldn't have to vacuum the house anymore. Got everything setup and now Grandpa loves to "vacuum".

Works just as well as the competition. Takes some getting used to so it doesn't get stuck.

Sometimes it gets lost, and it needs its filter needs emptied frequently, but overall works very well. Expensive toy, but my wife loves it!

We have been pleased with the Neato brands robot vacuum. The D5 has some nice features like mapping the floor area.

decided to get my wife an upgrade to our older neato vacuum. I thought it would be great for her to be able to start the neato well everyone was at work and to use the map to limit which rooms it cleans. Well so far the mapping is so/so and this version seems to get stuck way more than our previous neato. I was going to return it but my wife is happy with it so, Rosie V2 stays.

It was a “cliffhanger” but I chose Neato D-5 over Roomba. I took back my Roomba because the cliff sensors kept shutting it down on multi colored rugs. The Neato has been perfect with no issues.

Good for large homes, does exactly what it is designed to do. Picks up everything very good. The price is right.

Great little helper if you have pets. Keeps the fur to a minimum during the week. Makes weekend cleaning easier and quicker.

We have had new wooden floors laid so bought this to make life easy. We love it!! It was a hard decision which brand to buy but the price made this the eventual winner and it’s awesome!!
