My cookie baking for the holiday was complete so I could make do with my smaller appliances. My daughter and son-in-law sent me this oven as a surprise gift. Received this little jewel on Monday, made pork chops and a baked potato, Tuesday made toast and gingerbread, Wednesday I made meatloaf and today l will make a cherry tarte. This is the best gift I have ever received. It's easy to use, easy to clean and quiet. I find I am not wasting the last bits of my French bread since this machine can hold longer pieces, I can toast them and not toss them. I love love love this machine. I have always been a kitchen aid fan and this machine shows the same attention to details that is the hallmark of the brand. The dials are easy to read and it just makes sense. Thank you to my daughter and son-in-law for gifting me with my new oven. I will enjoy it for years to come!!!!!!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to return the first one we ordered because the door would not close entirely leaving a lot of heat out when it was in use. Best buy return was easy and store associate was extremely professional. Secomd unit is a bit better but there is still a gap in the door. Deciding if it is worth returning again, but if I do it certainly will not be for another KitchenAid Quality has gone down considerably on this product compared to the 10 year old unit it replaced. I would urge anyone considering this oven to look at other manufacturers before spending this much money on a KitchenAid

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st, the door doesn't drop all the way down. 2nd, the timer only goes to 60 minutes but it has a continue cooking by moving the time to 0, then you need a secondary timer for x amount of time you want to cook something. the 0 is also used if you are warming something. Note, if using that 0, the power button will then flash if you go past 4 hours & you have to unplug the blasted thing to get it to stop. otherwise, I do like that it has 2 racks. happy cooking.
