I’m so sorry your printer experienced such a decline in print quality after six months. I can see how that would be very troubling, especially considering you attempted to fix the problem but it persisted. So let’s whether I can offer you some useful suggestions.

Fast, but it is also wireless (so I didn't need my "repeater" next to it to receive signals in the kitchen). Solid. Only bad thing is that it is so new it is hard to find aftermarket (cheaper) cartidges for it, but works great.

The cartridge lasts around 3500 pages which is wonderful. I am so happy with this printer I purchased a second one for home

This set-up and connected to the network easily, is fast and reliably available, and will be more economical over time (smaller footprint is a plus, too).

Letters, envelopes, mailing and filing labels---all easy to set up and quickly printed. No need to spend a fortune for a good printer!!!

Love HP products! I'd bought an HP 5MP back in 1995, a workhourse that lasted so long. Replaced the 5MP with this one.

Printing on Pixel3 and IPad did not need any special software (printer just showed up in the list of printers to print to). Printing on another android phone would not work until downloading some HP print software. Overall, works well.

This is a fast little printer, easy to setup and is ethernet capable exactly what I was looking for. Best Buys had to order it for me and had it shipped to my house. Shipment was fast and free overall service I got from Best Buys was very good. I'm making the BestBuys in Gainesville, VA my go to store now.

I wanted a color printer but they’re too pricey! So I opted for a b/w printer and hey I forget it’s b/w because of the quality and speed of print. Awesome job HP!

It worked fine for a couple of weeks but then it started to leave black marks on the page. It took me two weeks to convince their techs that it was the cartridge that was bad, not the printer. This also happened with the first monochrome HP printer I bought. Best Buy does not sell this toner so I wanted HP to replace the starter cartridge as it was still 90% full. I like their printers but HP customer service has gone downhill.

Had a problem trying to use the wireless feature because it will not work on 5G. It sure would have been nice to have gotten a heads up that this would be an issue. Fortunately I am able to use printer with my computers but not the wireless feature. Being able to use this feature would have made the purchase that much better. When I have guest over it again would be nice if they could have printed using the Wi Fi feature.
