It works, but definitely more chintzy than the model I bought 15 years ago. The handle wouldn’t go all of the way down at first. Had to eventually slam it through to break whatever flashing was blocking it.

I love my Dyson from Best Buy!!! It works great, I can vacuum my tile floor, the wood floors and the carpets with ease. The swivel handle is a great feature. The accessory handle is very convenient but not as long as I would like.

Was kind of skeptical because of the price but I decided to buy it and it has worked out great for me. By far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased!

why didnt i buy this the first time. I have gone through aobut 3 vacumms over the last year. the last one lasted a week. Worth the extra money in just buying quality.

It’s a Dyson so therefore it works very well. It does have a smaller chamber. I purchased knowing that but I have a smaller property that does not require anything larger than what it is.

Well for 349 this better be good. I just traded in my stain vacuum for this better dyson ball vacuum hoping it picks up my pet hair better then the one before it. I’ll be back in a month for a full review.

have recently converted all my vacuums to dysons including handheld device. can't go wrong here. there really is no substitute. i remember years ago when dyson seemed so extravagant and unproven. now it's simply the best.

Dysphasia are great, but not as good as they used to be. Spend a little extra than what I did with this one. A lower end that lacks some of the ease others have.

I am pleased of how well it cleans, especially on carpets but I have a hard time maneuvering and I think it is just heavy. I am used to a shark that is much more agile but it does the job!

Pretty much got what I expected. Replaced 6 year old out of warranty Dyson, that sounded like a 747 landing at MSP airport. This seems to operate about the same as the older models. Cant see the comparisons

I’ve had this vacuum for a while now and it works really well. Only con is it is a little hard to use the hose. Doesn’t move around easily.

A friend of mine told me that vacuum is really good and the dyson company give you warranty it’s so easy to fix any problem with it. So I purchased it and it works great. I love it.

I have waited a long time to make this investment on such a great vaccuum! It has been a long time coming but I am so happy with my choice to buy this product! It is amazing and so versatile! You need this machine in your home!

When it was time for a new vacuum, Dyson was the only way to go. Best Buy had exactly what we needed at an excellent price, VERY GOOD BUY !

There are 2 kinds of people, those that have a dyson and those that don’t. These are hands down the best vacccums on the market and if you don’t believe that it’s because you don’t want to spend the money on them.

Probably the best vacuum cleaner I've owned. Dyson keeps outdoing itself and this one is well worth the money. Very easy to use, and sucks up dirt like a tornado.

Bought for mother in-law. The suction is great pulls out dirt from carpets great. Has a nice long cord. A little heavy. Easy to maintain. Dyson is an excellent company backed product.

Very quick to setup and work. We were used to the large Dyson and this one is amazing in terms of use, size and ability to store anywhere.

Excellent- does exactly as advertised. Though it does feel a little loose in build, like a creaky LEGO build. Only time will tell Excellent 5 year warranty No brainer - Buy this when it’s on sale

This vacuum is the best one I have ever owned. A piece broke on it and dyson sent me one within a week at no charge...customer service was very easy to work with.
