Not happy with the advertisement of the attachents it says it has. All websites say it comes with the Pet Power Brush. Mine did not come with it. According to the manual, it does not come with it. They neeed to remove this attachment from the website. Other than that, cleans well.

One of the best vacuums i ever bought. I saw the Shark - DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Speed on TV along time ago and said i would love to own it one day. The other vacuums i owned can't compare to this one. I am shocked about how much was left behind on my carpet. I have six cats and cant believe how much hair this vacuum picked up. The canister does have to be emptied a lot but its worth it. Love that i can clean the brush roll. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DID NOT COME WITH THE MOTORIZED BRUSH AND THE ACCESSORY BAG. I see other people posting pictures having it but mine did not come with it. It came with Pet Multi tool; duster crevice tool; and under appliance wand

I purchased this vacuum after looking for a replacement for my old one that also will work well for cleaning up after my dog and cleaning my car. The reviews for Shark were better than some of the more expensive competition. There were no reviews for this specific model. The only reviews I saw were mostly on Best Buy's site from customers who were given a unit to review. I think this is the best vacuum Shark has ever produced. The addition of a second brush roll seems to do very well as this vacuum picks up a lot that my old vacuum left behind. It is lighter than the competition, however this comes with the cost of a smaller vacuum head. For me this is a worthy trade.

My advice is to buy from another company as I have a cordless Shark Hoover which the power supply board a cheap part to have made is not working but only being told by their Leeds UK customer services I need to buy the complete unit at a cost of £99.99p as they do not supply the small printed board containing a few electronic components as they do not supply the boards. In my opinion as a Electronic Engineer these machines are NOT worth buying

I have owned this vacuum for 10 months and have only had multiple issue and the final straw the spin motor has busted through the casing and the company is sending me a new part if I pay for shipping, which I did 2 weeks ago. They still haven't even mailed it yet, the customer service agent could not spell and guessed how to spell my street so I'm sure that will be another delay. Stand behind your product! Don't buy this product it's not worth the clogged brushes and the small bagless compartment, spend a little extra money and buy a Dyson a company that stands behind there machines and fixes the issues with no cost to you.

2 years old, and now in the trash. Brush, roller and light quit working. Torx security screws, so very hard to service, belt was still intact. Motor, or circuit board failure

This vacuum has been nothing but a headache since I bought it. The spinning brush constantly quits spinning so I spend half my time taking the thing apart to try to get it to spin again. Never again will I purchase a Shark item.

Vacuum did not come with pet tools as indicated in the product description. Returned item. Best Buy had another one in stock and did not have the pet tools. One star as this is product deceptive.
