This is my first Roomba. I thought the initial set up went smoothly. Instructions were clear for WiFi connectivity. I put it on the charger for a few hours and it took right off. We use this in a space that’s about 1000 square feet and the coverage works well and it’s nice to come home to a house with no dustbunnies!

I really enjoy and appreciate my iRobot Roomba. It works exactly as advertised and is getting into difficult areas to clean like under beds and cabinets with ease. Roomba is making my life much easier! Easy to program and set up! Wished I had bought one sooner.

I had high hopes for this machine, given it was over $300. The reason I gave it 2/5 stars is become it did pick up items well... if it wanted to. The problems occurred almost instantly the moment i took it out of the box and started it. Its first cleaning job, it bumped into every possible thing you could imagine: chairs, tables, walls, you name it. And when I say bump, I don't mean a graceful tap, I mean a full-on head-butt. It bumped into things so hard that it would knock items off of my side tables. This led to the second problem: it does not know where it wants to go. It spent about 20-30 minutes cleaning a 10x10 cleaning the dining room area while it spent a solid 45 seconds "cleaning" my entire living room. I suspect it may be due to the fact that it would bump into things so hard that the front of it was scuffed up so bad that the sensors were probably being affected. In addition to that, when I would send it too the home base, it would take a good 20-25 minutes to actually find the home base. Once it did manage to find the home base, it would take itself 4-5 tries to actually dock itself. Another problem that came up is that I would set it on a schedule to clean every other day while I was at work. Not a single time did it ever "complete" a cleaning job. It would get stuck on a carpet, in between furniture, or experience come malfunction to where I would find it on the hardwood floors just spinning in circles. Needless to say, I returned it. The inconvenience on vacuuming the house by hand was far less of an issue after experiencing this machine. I would save my money and invest in a different robotic cleaner.

I wish I bought this earlier. Saves me so much time now

Really wanted to like the new Roomba. I have another that I moved upstairs. It worked well for many years. This one did not. It was exceptionally loud, clunking over every grout line on my tile floors. It even was incredibly loud on my hardwoods. While it did clean the floors, it rarely made it home, finishing a job. Also, it only came with one “no go” beacon that only worked in the straight line mode, not the more interesting arc setting. I returned it after only about 5 uses and am now on to the Neato brand.

I have only had this for a month but I love it. I run it while I am in the house because it can get caught under furniture, however, this vacuum picks up a ton. I have a shedding golden retriever and a rescue who looses hair as well. I was vacuuming daily. Now I let the Roomba do the work.

Amazing product. Great price and great performance.

I thought that this vacuum cleaner was going to change my everyday life, however it doesn't follow any pattern going around like crazy and passing repeatedly over the same spots leaving other parts without cleaning. Very disappointed

Love it! Easy to use. One less thing i have to do!

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. With 4 of these running everyday (2 Upstairs and 2 Downstairs), the hair and dust is much more manageable now. I will say that replacing the air filters is a must every month, but i now only have vacuum occasionally instead of every other day.

Not impressed by the performance of this item. Doesn't clean well.

I bought this vacuum for a combination of hardwood, carpet, and tile. It handles all 3 surfaces with aplomb. The only reason for 4 stars is that despite it slowing down and very gently tapping walls, it will hit table and chair legs at normal speed which is somewhat irritating.
