My daughter doesnt smoke in Her house she comes over to mine My2 Grand daughters smoke and my 2 Grand sons and Myself I am a basically a shut in.. so every body is over HERE a LOT and thats a lot of smoking! I have Only Had this for 2 Days. AND IT WORKS! the 6 NON Smokers in this Family Swear by it!! and the other Smokers ie grandsons and granddaughters that dont live here Say, it works so thats 10 People saying YES it works! and its on sale right now June 11 2020 I paid 139 on sale 125

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a supplemental purifier and while it does work well, it's definitely not the most efficient fan. I compared it to my (twice as expensive) Sharp FPF60UW using a kil-a-watt meter and the Sharp is significantly more efficient. The sharp uses 3 watts on low and 45 watts on high whereas the Honeywell uses 25 on low and 50 on turbo. 25 watts is still nothing but there is a difference in noise level and even though using 8 times more power on low, it's not actually blowing more air, it's just louder. If it's going somewhere where you'll be in the same room I think I'd look for a quieter model but if it's somewhere else I think Honeywell makes a pretty good air purifier. It does it's job but there are much purifiers from other manufacturers.

Doesn't clean the air, in fact I'd argue that this specific air purifier literally makes it worse. Any room I put this into becomes so thick with dust that it's unbearable. I would NEVER buy a Honeywell again!
