    We had this keurig in storage until we moved, so have only been using it for approx 4 months now. We’ve had to clean it, and did so, using the instructions by keurig......but, only worked again for snout 2 days then started leaking all over and we cannot figure out from where. Overpriced for quality!

    works ok except water filter prevents it from worker so we don't use the filter

    I bought this coffee maker exactly a year ago from best buy which is no longer available but mine stopped working. The screen won't turn on. It lasted only a year and now I can't replace it for a new one because they don't carry it anymore . $100 down the drain!!!!

    Get 2-year Plan; as unit only lasts 1 month

    The unit lasted 1 month before the display completely stopped working. There is a problem on this model with the LCD display getting loose due to closing the coffee making area, so Be Gentle and Buy the $19.99 maintenance plan, as you'll use it! The coffee machine was pretty much perfect except that it was cheaply made and breaks down often.
