The use is very easy with the small touch screen, user friendly . So far I have only really used 10oz strong! I don’t like that I need special cups for travel size mug and pot. In addition I don’t like that I have to buy the carafe that they sell. It was a great price for what it is( thanksgiving weekend price) I would have given five stars if I didn’t need to buy more stuff to fully use it.

So, I bought her one for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. This particular model has water reservoir so you can pre-fill with water and have it stand-by. In the morning, she drops in a K-pod, slides a cup under the nozzle, press the button and done.
