    Awesome little clraning machine. Love that it stops if caught on something so motor doesnt burn out. Mapping feature is accurate

    Not perfect but does a great jobs. Obviously it get into certain places but it keeps our house looking great. With our hairy white dog and dark flooring Love it

    Had an iLife which went in endless rounds yet did not clean the full surface - total of 3 hours. Neato creates a map and then clean it in a systematic way covering everything in 40 mins. In case some area or corner was blocked, it's send me a report on area map and where all it cleaned. Only neg is it's a bit big and the wider front gets stuck in between my chair sometimes. But cleaning it awesome. Alexa / Google home integration is missing even though it's connected to WiFi.

    Will not run

    My device stopped working, did trouble shooting then had to mail it in. Got it back quickly and it ran 2 times and stopped again. Sent it in and got it back and ran it about 6 times and it’s stopped again! Will not connect to internet any time except for initial set up. Both times set in I was never told what the problem was. This is an expensive piece of junk! Customer service is nonexistent.

    Won’t connect to Internet

    Brand new, won’t connect to the internet. Bought another router, and same problem. Emailed support and have not got a response. The lack of wifi connection or losing connection is a common complaint with the D3. So is the experience with customer support- that is lacking.
