I am returning this for the Shark Apex 952. The infomercial is soooo misleading. This does not have very strong suction power. This vacuum is wonderful for light vacuuming but not good for deep cleaning. The batteries last about 15 minutes each from a full charge and take 3.5 hours to charge. Not worth almost $400 after taxes to do a light vacuuming when you can spend $300 for a vacuum that out performs in cleaning without the worries of a dead battery. It looks pretty and has nice attachments, but not worth the money. If this vacuum was around the $150 - $200 range, I’d consider keeping this and giving a 4 star rating with recommending it. I should have done my due diligence before purchasing, and now just going off of an infomercial. Not a huge deal since I’ll be exchanging for a better product, but just an inconvenience.

I so wanted this to be the answer I was looking for. I run a hotel and we need a versatile, handy vacuum for the restaurant and i thought this was going to be perfect. In fact, it may have been, but when I unpacked this item, it had not only been used but the dirt cup was full of debris and the vacuuming head was filthy with hair and what not. Back it went and to my dismay, they didn't have one to exchange it with. Just disappointed that this didn't work out for me.

Can barely clean a 20 X 20 room. Cleans well but can only do one room at a time. Taking it back. Ok for a motor home I guess.
