    Worked very well, until it didn't :( Stopped working after 16 months. I got a great sale price. However, being a Total tech member to replace the item, it cost me the same price I paid out of pocket $60, even though i had $60 credit for the defective one. I would recommend. Maybe next time I'll call the company directly for a replacement.

    The K cup coffee machine is easy to use and meets our needs of 2-3 cups per day. Also use for hot chocolate. With the hot chocolate k cups the machine usually shuts off and has to be restarted.

    Gotta have my coffee in the morning. Empty nest has made it that single cups are whats needed. Its fast and relatively quiet holds enough water to satisfy several cups of coffee. It has become a part of daily routine.
