I was so happy when this thing broke. From the day we got it it burns and overcooks everything. Good Reddins!

Not what I am use to with a Cuisinart product. Expensive and not any better that an regular countertop oven.

You can't control the temp. If an item calls for 350 degrees you have to set it at 275, that works sometimes. If not you get crispy critter or not cooked at all.

We initially purchased this item but we had to return it when it didn’t operate properly. Cuisinart generally makes great products but this one was a dud. Due to supply chain shortages, we didn’t have replacement options.

We bought this toaster oven May of 2020. It's been fine for the first 9 months, however, after nine months it started to cause our outlet to trip. It has now completely stopped working less than a year after purchase.

Two months after purchasing the light inside the oven doesn’t turn on.

Burnt my food, my dog would not even eat it, and that's saying something!!! I thought I was elite had 30 days to bring back, then I found out I only had 14 days, beware of the temp. gauge does not read properly, burnt my chicken wings. Feed it to the pigs, they will eat anything. Wish I could take back, at least I have a warranty.

It stopped working after 3 months and with relatively little use. I do not recommend it.

Stop working after a few usage. Great while it work.

Returned it because I couldn’t see myself using it much and I don’t need it cluttering up my counter space.

Disappointed, did not power up when plugged in. I tried plugging it into multiple other outlets where other appliances worked so I defijitely got a defective oven, brand new from BB. I'll give this oven another try b/c of it's potential value/use.

When we first opened it, one of the knobs was broken.

Extremely inaccurate temperature control on most settings. Baking, toasting, heating required waiting by the unit to keep adjusting the temperature knob otherwise food burned easily. Air Frying was really good. Crispy results.

Too small for my needs so I returned it and got the Breville.

At first really liked it. But it died in less than 6 weeks.

Instruction book was not thorough. Did not explain all that was necessary. Not enough recipes.

This oven won’t bake nothing like fish or anything else.

Terrible appliance. Burns food black as coal and making toast is all it does well... HUGHE WASTE OF MONEY. I will be returning tomorrow,

Used 1 time. Followed directions to the letter. First use of the machine and it smokes from French fries. Returned and got another product.

BIG red sign says we match prices. I showed up with a local add for $30 less. “We don’t price match near Black Friday.” It doesn’t say that on the sign!
