    Love this. Bought it as a gift for my husband. Wish my coffee cupe fit under it though. And I have to watch the milk steamer because it often overflows w very little milk or creamer in it. My husband loves it thiugh. He drinks espresso. For the money, a cheaper one would do the same thing.

      If the steamer temperature is too high and/or there is more than the maximum amount of milk in the jug, the milk will overflow. Please try either reducing the amount of milk, or reducing the temperature. This should resolve the issue for you.     Faulty Design, Poor Quality, Overpriced

    Failed after two years, just a few days beyond the warranty coverage. Error code ER05, related to a faulty milk temperature sensor. With the device and ingredients, this thing costs about $6 per drink. Go to Pete's and save yourself time and money!

    Very well made unit and makes very good espresso quick without any issue. Been using it for 4 month and still finding the best combination of settings. I hope I can find one soon but no matter what and how you set, it makes it great every time. Since we have this unit, haven't been local coffee shop for a while. Only my complain is the automatic milk frother, it always just stops before forming the mike so I need to run again for extra 5-10 seconds even you set all option high.

    We’re having constant issues with this machine. First one we bought didn’t work after setting everything up. It would only grind a tiny amount of beans and realized the grinder was faulty. We returned it no issues with Best Buy and was able to exchange it for one that worked great…until it didn’t. We’ve had it two months and noticed it wasn’t producing enough pressure for an espresso. And the suddenly….the same grinding issues as the first machine. Now it’s out of its return window and I have to go through Breville directly. I love Breville but this has just been a disaster of a machine from day 1.

    This was such a great purchase! We have had our eyes on this machine for quite some time. We finally bought it and immediately agreed after our first cup of coffee that it was worth every penny!! If you are on the fence - no need to be! We are beyond happy and every morning coffee feels like a luxury!

    Too much manual work. We ended up getting the Delonghi that does all automatically for you, especially the pressing of coffee ground.

    Mine stop working after a year, seal went bad, sent it off to Breville to get seal replaced they charged me $249.00 to put a seal in it was a $6 part . Got it back now water is leaking out the back. How do you replace a seal and not check and make sure everything is ok. Very UPSET.

    I knew this would be a good purchase after using one in the office where I work. So, when I saw it available on 0% I knew it would be a good purchase (even though the thought of spending so much on a coffee machine was bizarre!). This is a quality product and makes a great coffee! It's easy to clean and easy to use. Everything feels sturdy and the display is very clear and high resolution. We love our new addition!

    Bought this recently, and having trouble getting espresso timing right. Minimum water run is set for 15 seconds, which is too much water. Need to perfect it to Italian mini shot. Any recommendations are appreciated! Rep please call me :)

    1st time having a fancy espresso machine and we are very pleased. Starbucks quality coffee at home. We froth creamer instead of milk and it's amazing. The creamer is thick and can gunk up the frother so you have to be good about regular cleaning and descaling. Overall very pleased.

    This espresso machine is amazing! After a few test shots and dialing in, I’m making delicious flat whites. I love being able to customize my drinks and the ability to texture milk automatically or manually depending on how involved I want to be.

    I finally broke down and splurged on this espresso machine. I love it! It took me a handful of times to get the hang of it, but it is actually pretty easy. My guests over the holidays were impressed! It looks pretty in my counter.
