I've owned good espresso machines, this is not one. Plus BestBuy claimed they shipped it and they didn't, then it came very late. The entire transaction has been unsatisfactory.

He was not wrong. Espresso comes out better than any cafe I've been to in NYC. My wife and I spent the first 7 years of our relationship going out to Cafes Saturday/Sunday mornings to start our day. We don't even go out to Cafe anymore. Best Bang for Buck espresso machine. Takes a little effort and the learning curve is small. The auto frother gets the temp and the foam as consistent as possible and if you're not happy, you can manually froth. Go for it!

Do not recommend for almost $1,000.00 Tried to call the customer service , 20 min. Wait and no one responds. U tube Visio does not help you
