Has many options for controlling and takes some iterations to get optimal setting. Very easy to use. This machine replaced a Barista Express that died after about 8 years of great service.

I love this machine. Cant live without it now. Touch screen with step by step instructions on how to make your favorites. Custom additions also, great value.

Overall it is a good espresso machine. Espresso comes out tasting nice and smooth. It's very reliable on reaching good temperatures for milk frothing. I like the auto feed and grind function for the beans themselves. However, there are definitely some quirks that can be annoying. The milk frother does not align properly with the hole that it is supposed to self clean into. I have to hold on to the finger loop every single time it does a purge or else it makes a mess. There is a tool tray underneath and behind the water catcher underneath the machine and it occasionally fills up with water. I have yet to figure out the mystery on that one. Lastly, there must be a programming issue because, very rarely but on occasion, when I turn on the power button the power button lights up and the beep that says machine is turning on emits but does not stop. No lights on the touch screen, just a screaming machine. Overall, it is a good machine but these quirks do annoy me as I did expect better from this price.

This is absolutely the best coffee machine out there. I love making coffee in my new Breville only regret i have is not getting it sooner.

We bought TWO of these. One for us and one for our son. BOTH broke with the same problem and when we looked online, others had the exact same problem. Charge $268.97 (EACH). labor alone was $219. So, plan on it breaking about 1 one year later and then dealing with bots before you speak with someone live, then waiting for a shipping box, shipping it back, and waiting 7-10 to get to back. What a scam! Repair description: Seal Showerhead 54Mm / NTC BASE ASSY FROM PDC2315. Parts were $29 and labor was $219 for each coffee maker.

Since I’ve bought this I haven’t stepped foot in a Starbucks. I’ve been making the best lattes I ever tasted. Made to my taste

Makes great coffee but didn’t last 3 years. Purchased in Feb of ‘21 and it recently stopped pumping water. Just a dribble comes out now….

I purchased this Espresso machine in July and I have been using it for 6 months. It makes specialty coffees, i.e., Lattes, Cappuccinos', Flat Whites fine, but if you are looking for a hot cup of coffee without adding the milk, so a hot Espresso or a hot Americano I would not purchase this machine. I need to preheat the cup before I use it and run hot water through the machine before making the coffee and it still is not hot. I have the setting at the highest heat level, but still it comes out a little warmer than luke warm. I can't have a cup of hot coffee. It grinds and does everything else okay, my only compliant is it does not make "hot" coffee. Not a fan of the machine considering the price I paid.

So far I can't say enough good things about this machine. I am not ashamed to say we are absolutely novice users, but even the worst beverage to come out of this machine, was still top notch. We are only about a month in to owning this, but at this point, I definitely feel comfortable putting a check mark in the win column

Broke after 2 1/2 years. $1,000 paperweight. Milk frother stopped heating.

We loved the barista touch for its convenience and quality espresso. Unfortunately, despite religious maintenance and cleaning, issues began just after the 2yr warranty expired. First, we could no longer use rhe Americano button because the machine couldnt successfully switch over from hot water to espresso, causing an incomplete shot. We got over it and did each step manually. Then, the bean grinder completely stopped working. Unacceptable quality given the price!
