Quiet and quick. Easy to use and the different settings make this a very nice addition to the kitchen and is better than our old one, which was 5 years old.

Best Buy made this purchase possible by checking stock in the back. Online ordering said they were out. So I went to the store to find a substitute and the person went and found what I this the exact model I was looking for. Iit works great!!

I love my Keurig the best it taste like you are visiting your favorite coffee shop the next Starbucks flavor the taste is excellent, easy to use, to clean etc.

This is my 5th Keurig (no... nothing wrong with them...just keep giving them away) and this has got to be the best one so far. The features are great for coffee, tea, and soup lovers and the temp control is AWESOME! Finally pipping hot coffee that retains a good temp to the last drop.

Had an older used keurig that I purchased for ten bucks on buy sell swap. Perfect for a campout. Five years later time for an upgrade. Iced coffee. Lots of sizes and strong brew. Love it and the coffee it makes!

Overall a great coffee maker. We love the options, especially the strong option. The clock and timer work perfectly, and the menu is easy to use. Two small issues: The size of the cups generally are smaller than other coffee makers. For example, the tallest cup just about fills up a regular size cup of coffee to the brim. The regular size setting doesn't seem to be large enough for a full cup of coffee. The other issue is that it's a bit more difficult to get the reservoir back into the holder. You have to hug the reservoir pretty tight to the machine, which can be a bit difficult when it's full of water. Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars, but we'll round up to 5.

I bought this Keurig to replace my former one which wasn't working so well after awhile. I think my new Swiss water process decaf K-Pods may not have been compatible with the old Keurig. With this one, they are! This machine is easy to use, looks sleek and modern, and the coffee tastes great! I am very pleased since I had purchased a different Keurig before this that I wasn't happy with at all.

Love it, my only issue is the iced coffee feature. I have yet to perfect it but other than that I can fit my travel mug in the cup spot. The different size drink selection makes it fun to customize my coffee/cappuccino mixture.

Nice coffee machine. Easy to use. This is my second machine same brand, the first lasted for decades.

This is perfect for quick single servings cup, mug or on-the-go travel cups. It has a timer you can set so it’s ready when you are. I bought a case of Tim Horton’s K-cup pods to DIY and am saving time & money every morning.

2nd Keurig machine we owned. This one has the reservoir which saves time from refilling every time. Has good cup clearances for mugs and commuter cups. Water tank has a charcoal filter which is a plus to filter water. Love the machine.

Great and big water reservoir. I appreciate how it takes quite a while before i have to refill. Perfect jump from single glass refill.

First time I've ever owned a coffee maker. I absolutely love it. It couldn't be easier to operate and clean. The thing that sold me on this model is that I was able to purchase the attachment to use coffee grounds instead of pods.

I had an older model Keurig that I purchased 6 years ago that recently stopped working-- given that it was used multiple times a day every day it lasted quite a while. In looking for a new Keurig I wanted to also upgrade to one with more bells and whistles, and this model has just that. The digital display, along with 5 different sizes, options and options for strong coffee and iced coffee, this thing is awesome. It also looks nice too, with the brushed nickel looking like a more modern appliance than my old matte black one. Highly recommend!

Very good product, easy to use . definitely on the expensive side , but of you dont have time to keep brewing coffee then this is definitely worth it

One day deal purchase to replace an old model that stopped working after 8 yrs. This one even has hot water feature, and takes up less counter space, and is quieter and brews faster than the old one. Very happy with this purchase.
