When it comes down to alternate quantity dispensing it falls a bit short but what I love about it is how hot it dispenses the coffee. Excellent heat .

This machine is quiet, perfect dispense settings, and nice water reservoir. We enjoy mixing up our morning coffee with different brands and flavors. We love the option to change it up with every cup.

It would turn itself off in the middle of a brew, and waste a pod. Then quit working all together. Keurig needs to do better. This was my 5th keurig coffee maker that quit working. I’m done with the Keurig name

The settings make it so that it can pre-heat at a certain time in the event that you have a strict schedule so, your hot water will be ready for the K-pod for an immediate cup! It also has a sleep feature where it will turn right off after 15 minutes of idle time (or whatever you decide to set it to) so it's not just eating power. There are a few other features that don't pertain to me but, it has a mountainous setting so that if you live 5000' above sea level it can still make a cup of coffee? Overall, good product and plenty of coffee.

I suggest useing filtered water in this device. It has its own filter but note that the reservoir will be holding room temp water also the kurig filters are a bit expensive.

It has typical Keurig quality and works very well. This one gets lots of use and is holding up well.

My husband is an avid coffee drinker, and he enjoys being able to always have a fresh cup of coffee. The Keurig coffee maker is always ready to brew him a fresh cup, and we don't waste coffee.
