Makes a cup of coffee pretty fast and its not very loud at all. The hot water only feature is really useful and convenient. Definitely a good products with no issues.

It is a bit smaller, taking up less counter space, yet has a larger capacity water reservoir. Both are a plus. It also operates more quietly.

Sell coffee makers, let them figure it out

Instructions could be in a lot more detail, for instance about setting the time for how long before the machine shuts off or turns on. Have to guess at what the symbols mean. It tells you to got to the web site for instructions. That was absolutely no help. No instructions there.

We previously owned a K200 that stopped functioning after 18mo. So I would encourage you to buy the two year plan if it’s important to you. Some people may think if it lasts more than two years then you got your money’s worth.

First one was 2 years ago. It started acting up, and probably just needs a good cleaning and maintenance (we have cleaned it a few times). But with a super busy schedule rather than risk being brewer less, we purchased a new one. We really do like it and hope we can get the older one going again, and return it to service or gift to to family. But we were in a time crunch. Last time it was purchased hours before the first Covid lockdown, no way were we going to survive that without a brewer. Lol
