The water reservoir makes it nice to be able to fill multiple cups without filling for each cup. Would buy again.

That being said, definitely check out the prices of other retailers first so you can have Best Buy price match them if possible. Unfortunately for me, a major retailer is selling this at half the price, but Best Buy won't price match because it's a "membership" store.

Makes a cup of coffee pretty fast and its not very loud at all. The hot water only feature is really useful and convenient. Definitely a good products with no issues.

It is a bit smaller, taking up less counter space, yet has a larger capacity water reservoir. Both are a plus. It also operates more quietly.

Love the large reservoir, easy to use

Easy to use, refill the reservoir and keep enjoying fav drinks!
