    Works great...until you need warranty service

    I bought this Ecovacs 930 in May of 2020 and am writing this review in December of 2020. Out Deebot stopped working right before Thanksgiving when the driving wheels stopped working. The Deebot would move off the base and then stop moving. I reset the app and the Deebot with no success. That was the beginning. What has transpired over the last month is as convoluted and exasperating of a return process I have ever experienced. I feel like I'm dealing with a return department that is operating in the mid-90s. In today's world when items are easily registered via QR codes and text messaging, I have to go back to the store and have them pull the receipt and then I have to mail that back to Ecovacs. In addition, what does this statement mean? - "Unless it is a charging issue that needs to be sent back the Deebot along with the charging dock." Now I have to mail it back to some place with no ETA on when the Deebot will be fixed. Works great, until you need warranty service.

    Really I got same one before and returned back because is not map my home , the second one working but not like I expect

    Warning- do not buy

    Do not buy. Company will not help if vacuum doesnt work. Offered a coupon to buy another. Been emailing for over a year with problem from not able to return to charging dock, not cleaning properly, missing sections of my house to clean and says done, only going one direction and not around stuff, and other. Look into roborock models, thos company is a joke

    I am on a personal mission to make sure you don't buy this product. I bought this Amazon lst December. Worked for 5 months, then it stopped working. I sent it back for a replacement, ECOVACS said they are in the process of shipping it...that was on June 9. Since then they have been giving me the run around. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and filed a dispute to my visa signature. I just want my money back so I can buy a better brand and unit
