There was no exterior shipping box or packaging. Parts were falling out. Trying to return the item was a nightmare. I had to make multiple calls, wait, and then listen to some "team member" read from the same script. It would have been nice if somebody were on my team! I finally solved the problem via my credit card company. There are online companies the have a 30 day return policy and are at least as good as other vendors If there is an issue you are passed on to somebody who has more authority and flexabiliy and the problem gets solved Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the machine. There are chemicals used in it which may be harmful. I couldn't find that in the description. The Q&A had thati nfo

Broken from begining

It would lock down after 3 minutes. You would have to unplug it for about `10 minutes and then plug it back in. It would run for about 2 to 3 minutes and stop and lock up. I returned it to Best Buy but they were out of mid size air fryers both in store and online. I ordered a Corsi from Amazon and it works.

Loved it while it lasted

LCD screen lights up and buttons function when pressed however the unit no longer preheats or cooks. Very frustrating as this prouct had such good reviews. Hopefully the manufacturer will honor the warranty.

Stopped working after two days

It hadn't been moved. We tried different outlets, different wattages, and still the heating element did not function. Very discouraging.
