A little hard to figure out the first time with the amount of water to put in, but once you get the hang of it, you will love it. Also is super quiet when it's warming up so at first we thought it was defective. But once we figured out the nuances we loved it!

I usually one drink one cup of coffee in the morning, so i though this would be ideal. The first week it worked fine, but then I noticed it was taking longer than normal to brew. Then it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. I tried cleaning it as suggested by Keurig. It worked intermittently, but Sometimes all I Get is a cup of cold coffee or it would overfill the mug. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but it was outside of the 15 day return policy. I have contacted Keurig a few times, but so far nothing but canned answers and links to cleaning the coffee maker.

Excellent college gift

Pop in a K-cup and press the little button if you want it stronger. It is super easy to clean. And unlike most water well storage this is one cup and done so the water doesnt just sit in the machine.

Having to add water each time isn't super convenient if you want to use it often - it only holds enough for one cup. I've also had one time where it didn't brew at all - but that might've been a fluke. I still like it and use it at my office.

A little louder than I’m used to, but nothing too distracting. It makes clicking sounds every now and again when not in use. So, it’s best to leave unplugged until you are ready to use. I definitely recommend!
