This vacuum is ok for the price. My parents use a Rainbow which is quite a bit better. But it gets the job done.

Great quality, light and just my size. Some uprights are too high in the handle , this is not, it’s comfortable and fulfills everything the vacuum claims.

This vacuum is okay. We used to have a shark but because it wasn’t a “pet vacuum” it just didn’t do the job when we got our shiba lab mix. The first time I used this new vacuum I thought it worked really well, but now I’m not very impressed with it. It seems like it sometimes it pushes more hair around then it picks up. How you attach the canister plays a big part in this, but even after fixing it multiple times, it still will do this. I don’t think it goes under furniture very well at all and don’t even waste your time trying to use it on hardwood floors. It will just spit everything back at you. I think it does a okay job but, if you can afford to buy the pet version of the shark, I would recommend doing that. We will stick with the bissell until we need a new vacuum but, now I know what to expect from each brand. I really hate that it doesn’t do well on my hardwood floors, that’s probably the biggest thing I don’t like about it.

I have 2 cats and 4 dogs. I love my pets but hate the hair everywhere. This vacuum is AMAZING! I would highly recommend it!

This vacuum is very heavy, does not do a good job on bare floors. Mostly for carpet floors. Has good suctioning.

Bought this 2020.. the pegs on the wand have already broken which leaves the vacuum not usable.. I honestly never even knew the wand came out, but now that the pegs have broken, it doesn't stay in. Anytime you try to move the vacuum the wands comes out. Very frustrating that a $200 vacuum couldn't last even 2 years.

It is working good, This is the first time using this brand as the last 3 hoovers I had fallen apart after a few months. So far so good

Love the handle since its longer than most vacuums, seriously nice for the carpet stairs. I no longer have to go over areas multiple times to get all the doggy hair up!

I decided to buy this particular vacuum due to my pets throwing alot of fur. Honestly great buy

Very nice vacuum but pet hair does still get stuck around the rollers even though they advertise that it can't happen.

We have been using this vacuum approx one month! We had help purchasing this from a knowledgeable sales rep at Best Buy! It was everything he said it would be!

I was amazed at how much fine dirt this vacuum picks up! The only drawback is that the hand held wand doesn’t reach as far as I would like.

Works awesome at picking up hair and not clogging up the brushes. Worth the money and has online support for additional parts if you need it. BISSELL for the win

Love this vacuum, except that the hand hose is so tight that it tips over the vacuum instead of pulling out.

I bought this because I got tired of our Dyson always clogging up. I will never buy Dyson again. Right now I am in an apartment and this works well for my space.

I have 2 boxers and for a short haired dog they shed a lot. This keeps up with it no problem

Works great on my wood floors and carpeting. The attachments are very helpful to clean my fabric couch and other hard to reach areas.
