Excellent vacuum for pets and the whole home
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have 2 floors with animals and carpet/tile. Since opening I have been able to vacuum the whole house, remove the fur on both the floor and couches. Vacuum corners and under furniture. All while being able to empty the cannister when full in the trash. Very easy to manuever around and the cord is nice and long. The only con is that the attachements do not store on the vacuum so you have to keep them somewhere so they can be found at a later date. I out the vacumming power up there with my Dy... vacuum. Much less $$

Great Vacuum by Bissell
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo so far. It has powerful suction and feels smooth while vacuuming. It comes with a pretty lengthy cord 30’ I believe. It also comes with a lighted crevice tool, wand, dusting brush and a motorized pet brush. I love that it is bagless and emptying the basket is a breeze just by pushing a button. My wife says it’s the best vacuum we’ve owned so far, so I guess that has the seal of approval. Overall I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with or without pets.

Great for pets
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is great for pets. We have two dogs and have so much problems with pet hair. This vacuum makes quick work clumps of pet hair. The air filter on this thing is what sets it out for me. It is a febreeze air filter so, when you vacuum it makes the air freshener. The attachments are easy and work well. The mini spinning vacuum brush works well to get hair off couches. Overall you can't go wrong with this vacuum.

I have a Great Pyrenees...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tested out many vacuums in my time that all claim to "Suck" better than the next one. This vacuum is a Great vacuum and really feels like it is doing a great job. But I have a Great Pyrenees and have not found too many vacuums that can handle the task of the hair this guy sheds. This vacuum will get it done but it took emptying the container a multitude of times before finishing the house. Now this maybe that the vacuum was doing such a good job or that the container is small? We do have another vacuum that will pick up the hair better and faster. However, we really love this one for the carpeted areas, sofas, and blinds. It is great on fabrics, carpets, and tile / hardwoods. But, not the best on pet hair... I would recommend this vacuum if you have a short haired pet or no pet(s) at all.

pet hair magnet
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am typically skeptical about vacuums that claim to target a particular kind of dirt. I don't know if this one is exceptionally good at picking up cat hair, or if it's just good at getting stuff out of carpet in general, which includes cat hair, but it really picks up cat hair well. The first use of this vacuum was on a room that gets seldom used but the cats like to hang out in. It had just been vacuumed two days earlier with a pretty good machine. It was amazing how much hair came out of that room. We have three cats, so we're always looking for something better at keeping the hair off our clothes and furniture. This is it. As a side benefit, this is also light and maneuverable, maybe even too maneuverable, since you have to pay attention if you're trying to keep your lines straight. But definitely good at what it claims to do.

Pretty Good Vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked the Vacumn but some spots had to run over three or four times. Very nice attachments and extremely long cord. I does the job and gets the hair up. Check it out

Excellent vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works very good. Have tried all attachments and they work well. Seems a little heavier than my old Dyson but does a great job. We have 2 large dogs in the house and this keeps their hair at bay. Assembly was easy. Tangle free brush roll works great, where has this design been all these years? LED headlights are great for seeing what you are cleaning. Does a great job cleaning stairs in the lift away mode. All in all a great machine as long as it holds up like our old Dyson did.

Lifesaver If You Have Pets
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I now have three dogs and this vacuum makes cleaning my couches a breeze. Now I just have to do one pass and all of the hair is gone. Unlike before where I had to do several passes to get all of the dog hair. This is a life save.

Not well designed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After one use, I'm returning this to Best Buy. Within the first few seconds of the first use, I started getting static electricity shocks. The static shocks occurred every few seconds unless I was careful not to get anywhere near the parts that seemed to shock the most. Unfortunately, that just meant that it gave more time build up an even more powerful static shock. At one point I turned off the lights to see how far the shock would reach. One of the stronger shocks got me from probably 4" away. A shock that strong certainly gets your attention! It really did get to the point that it just became painful and annoying to vacuum the carpets. The hose connection to the wand could use some refinements. I disconnected the hose to use of the attachments and dirt fell all over. It seems there's no way to disconnect the hose to use the attachments without making a mess. The headlights are almost pointless, but I expected that when I bought it. Just don't think of the headlights as a selling point and you won't be disappointed. Dumping the tank also proved to be messy. I'm not a fan of those tanks that empty by dropping the bottom open. They just seem to drop dirt all over. Unfortunately, it seems nearly all vacuums are being designed this way. The only positive I saw was the fact that it picked up dirt. But it's a vacuum, so I guess it did the job.

Don’t buy if you have a long haired dog
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate this vacuum with a fiery burning passion. No, seriously. I bought it because I got tired of cutting hair out of the roller of my Shark. And this vacuum holds true to its promise that no hair gets caught in the roller. That’s the only plus. It worked for the first maybe two times I used it. Then, it started making dreadlocks out of my Newfoundland’s hair. It goes for about 2-5’ Then it starts making a knocking sound. You lift the vacuum up a bit and it spits out a skein of hair, like a bundle of wool. Sometimes I get two skeins. I keep vacuuming for another few feet while thie vacuum keeps wool-gathering. Argh!! I have an 1100sf apartment. I pick up over a dozen dreadlocks of hair every time I vacuum. Every. Time. I use my Shark after using this Bissell and it still gets a ton of hair and dirt from the carpet. This vacuum may work fine for people with short haired dogs like Labs, Beagles or Frenchies. Even medium haired dogs like a Husky or a Malamute. But if you have a Newf, Great Pyrenees, Golden, etc....don’t waste your money.

Poor Quality build
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to own a bissell vacuum for 5 years and we decided to get a new vacuum. We have a husky and needed a vacuum to withstand the hair problem they have. I looked at reviews and we went and got this vacuum. Well when I started out I could smell a burning hair smell flipped the vacuum over and the throat from the Brussels to the vacuum tube was clogged. Well the throat is only 2 fingers wide and could barely stand the hair pickup and this was after 10 minutes of running. Cleaned dit out and tried again. The Brissels got stuck from hair then the dang vacuum are itself alive. After 30 minutes of owning it. Returned it and got a shark apex zero m was onsale for 299 and has been the best decision. If you have a husky get the shark apex zero-m
