Easy to assemble
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is really easy to assemble with only few snaps and no tools required. I find the suction power a bit off compared to NV360 which I have used for the past couple of years. I'm going to test the the vacuum self cleaning feature of the hair getting stuck in the roller as that the only reason i swichted from SHARK NV360. Over all it's light weight and works pretty well. One of the images shows how a carpet was vacuumed using a different vacuum and then again using Shark lift away zero. Note: They should also add more hooks to keep the additions accessories attach to the vacuum.

Best in everything
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Shark products fan for a long time, but this vacuum is the best of the best. There are 3 girls a corgi and my beard of 7 inches and yes hair was an issue in my home, before I bought this. Really works well and I love the easy clean up. It’s been over a year and still works like a Shark, “F” those over priced vacuums out there get this one and you won’t regret it.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ruby was easy to put together. She also does a great at what she was designed to do. I shampooed the floor on Sunday, Monday I got Ruby in, she got a whole out of grossness out of the floor. Thought the shampooer had done an awesome job, but ruby proofed that the shampooer hadn't.

Lightweight, powerful machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first think you’ll notice about this vacuum is its light weight. That doesn’t mean it’s of little use. Quite the contrary, it packs a punch well above its weight class. It’s easy to maneuver around furniture, walls, etc. It’s also light enough to use on stairs while still having a power brush. The brush is designed to keep treads, string, and hair from getting wound around it. In the week that I’ve had it, it appears to work exactly as designed. This is a nice feature that keeps the brushes from getting worn down too and allows the dust to move into the bagless collection chamber. The vacuum comes with some useful accessories: upholstery brush, handheld roller, and edger. The Lift Away design allows you to leave the floor power brush and carry the canister in a way that can stand up better. Even if you leave the canister on the brush base, you can easily disconnect the hose to get cobwebs or other items up high. I don’t have any pets, so I can’t answer how well this would handle constant shedding. I’d be optimistic based on the no hair on caught on the roller. It did do a nice job picking up confetti from both carpet and bare floor. Shark has put some serious thought into usability with all their vacuums and it shows. They don’t short change the suction while focusing on the user, which is why you clean. I’m very happy with this vacuum and would think strongly about Shark for whenever the need arises in the future.

Great Vacuum!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So after using this vacuum for a few days, I came to a realization: I can’t come up with anything negative to say about this vacuum. Maybe it could be a bit quieter? This thing looks pretty. It works great. It is easy and simple to use. It’s super convenient and surprisingly light to carry. It works great on carpet and hard floors with our pet hair. It’s great for stairs. I really like this vacuum and can’t recommend it highly enough.

A Practical Shark
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my fair share of vacuums, from budget vacs up to the full Dyson ball animal vacs over $500. I've even tried 2 of the auto robot vacs. I have to medium dogs who shed like nobodys business. (DOGS shed SO MUCH more than cats). Ths issue is that, hand, ing pet hair on vacuums can require much maintenance to keep the vac operating optimally. This Shark vacuum is awesome and really a good value for the price. the zero-m head really is good at handling long hair and short hairs of all types and has yet to tangle or require any maintenance. If you are tired of unscrewing the dyson parts or cleaning the heads, this is the one for you for sure. Its a "budget" vac with good features, has just enough attachments, light, and a decent size bin. This vacuum is great for my moest sized townhouse, but if stayed in anything bigger or a house, I woudl invest in a larger vauum like i had in the past. The bin si small and i empty it 3-6 times, due to dog hair of course, so it fills up fast. But keep in mind, getting a bigger bin on a shark or dyson would be about the cost of 2 of these. The suction is stronger that one would think given how much quieter it is. It picks up a lot more than I wouldve thought originally, but again its good for my current needs and townhome. Given the homes I have in the past and the types of carpet ive had, spending more for stronger suction and larger bin would be necessary as i think this wouldnt clean like more expensive units. it is very simple operation between hard floors and carpet, very simple to use and god value for what you get. i like this a lot for my current needs. admittedly, doesnt feel like the best platic used, a little cheap, but given how the dyson products feel and more expensive sharks, it isnt a big different and I dont feel like i bad more than i shouldve.

Improved, Full of Features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a vacuum of this same brand from several yeas ago and its still kickin'. I never thought vacuums could improve to a point where cleaning got easier, but they have. This vacuum boils down to two areas in which i thoroughly recommend this unit. First, As i said above, i have an older version of this vacuum , which i am very impressed with. This version is akin to the older model, but significantly improved. Unboxing and assembly was a breeze as every piece which needed assembling simply "clicked" into place. I assembled it from 10 pieces in less than 5 minutes. The other main reason in which i love this vacuum is because of its features. Light weight, bagless, pet hair removing attachments are all value adds to me. Another cool touch is that you can change the setting form hardwood to carpet, there also a "shift" that allow for a smoother ride if there is too much friction. I also have a dog that sheds super short hairs, so its not always easy to see. I ran it in our living room and found that i was missing a ton of hair that the attachments were able to grab from the corners of the trim. Very impressive performance. All in all this light weight feature full vacuum is worth the mid range price tag.

Great vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little vacuum. It’s not too heavy and is easy to manuver. It has a nice strong suction and picks up a lot of dirt and dust. Works well on medium pile carpet, area rugs, hardwood and tile. The lift away feature is helpful for stairs. It is also very easy to empty the dirt. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Capable vacuum with a few shortcomings.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great vacuum, but it has a couple of shortcomings. First, the collection bin is smaller than I'd like. With two dogs, I can vacuum the main floor of our not-so-big house without emptying the collector, but if it's shedding-season, I'm emptying two or three times. And the power cord is too short. I finally resorted to purchasing a 20-foot, medium-duty extension cord to keep with the vacuum so I can reach the far corners without relocating the plug-in. As for performance, the vacuum does great...sucks up dirt, dog-hair, and all manner of other stuff that lands on the floor, and the on-board crevice-tool/brush is great for reaching baseboards and cleaning upholstery.

Lives Up to its Billing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After being a devout user of Kirby vacuums the last 20 years it was time to step into the present era of nimble, powerful and lightweight vacuum cleaners. And I'm glad I did...finally. I'd heard a lot of great reviews over the years about the Shark vacuums and so was predisposed to wanting to try one. I had been studying reviews on many of its peers like Bissel, Hoover, Dyson, etc., and then I came across a very thorough and thoughtful review from someone that was clearly a vacuum afficianado. And with his breakdown I had to get this vacuum. And I gotta say, it's heaven compared to the years of pushing the big, clunky Kirby. The Shark is everything it's advertised to be - lightweight, powerful suction, very maneuverable and priced well. It's easy to use whether in upright or canister mode, so it can be broken down and put back together with ease. It's also quiet and the self-cleaning brush roller really digs into a carpet to suck up even embedded dirt and debris. The only downside that I could find, echoing that of other reviews is that the cord is not as long as I would like. But with all the other pros of this unit, really a small drawback in the scheme of things. My only question that will take some time to answer is how durable it will be over time. It's constructed well even though from a lot of plastic, and seems sturdy enough in spite of the fact that it's not a clunky metal vacuum that weighs 20+ lbs like the Kirby. And it has a 5 year warranty which I would say is pretty good for many kinds of products these days, especially those that get frequent and vigorous use. So some peace there and would like to think that if it makes it past 5 years, it'll probably last even longer. But then Shark will probably have other whiz bang units that it might be hard to resist upgrading to after 5 years. Probably not a bad thing especially at the price point. They're making a fan out of me after just a few weeks so buying another one somewhere down the road will likely be an easy decision now. If you're in the market for a good quality and affordable vacuum that you can feel good actually does the job of sucking up yuck from your home every week, then I don't think you'll be disappointed with this middle of the road model. I'm not!

Lift-Away Navigator Vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A wonderful light vacuum with 2 settings (bare floor and carpet). I bought this for its light weight and EASY LIFT AWAY feature to vacuum stairs in my home. Great suction, does the stairs beautifully, and so light /convenient. When vacuuming a flat carpet, I found I stepped on the the cord attached to the vacuum all the time, which was annoying. (This is why I gave it 4 stars.) Problem solved by either holding the cord at handle height or using a 'tie' to keep the cord at the upper part of the vacuum. This vacuum is easy to empty/clean out and the filters are wonderful.

A cloud of dust lifted
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing will make you realize how much filth you've been living in like a new vacuum cleaner. This Shark Navigator Lift-Away Zero-M definitely opened eyes for my household. Bringing this home, I immediately did the test where I vacuum the floor with the old vacuum cleaner first, and then vacuum with the new one. There was a lot of dirt that was being left behind. After throwing up thinking about all the dirt my feet have been walking in for Lord knows how long, I tossed the old Bissel away and hugged the Shark close to my breast with all my might. This is a solid recommendation for the price. Lightweight, great suction and easy to dump out. Liftaway feature is great for getting the stairs. Probably not as great as the much more expensive Dyson, but I rather stay away from that comparison and live in the dark about how much dirt is still remaining in the carpet. I just know it is better than what I had and I'm happy with that.

4 shedding dogs and 4ft long hair .... IT WORKS!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always been a fan of Shark vacuums. When my older model "lift-away" needed a new connector hose, i tried to order it from the manufacturer, and was blacklisted for some reason. They said that there was an issue where my address didn't match up with my payment information, and they would never allow me to order from their company, even if I tried to use a different payment or address. HAHA!, ok! so i decided to go ahead and buy a new vacuum from a friendlier retailer. pro's: I'm telling you, i have 3 dogs that SHED, i have 4ft long hair, hair wrap was a constant struggle for me! i had read mixed reviews on the zero-m rollers, but i decided to give it a shot. I LOVE THIS THING! IT WORKS! it picks up everything. it is easy to use, lightweight, The accessories and wands that come with it are great. I have used every single one, especially the "turbo" head for the hose. i use it on my stairs and it makes that chore a breeze! The crevice tool has a little duster head on it and i use that to easily dust my baseboards and ceiling fixtures. I Feel like i can give the rooms in my home a more complete clean in the time it takes me to only vacuum. Did i mention that the roller never gets hair wrap? and i have 4ft of hair (yes, it's down to my knees), and 4 dogs that all shed ... all year round ... so i'm sure it can handle what ever hair you are dealing with. the only time i had to clean out the roller head is when i accidentally got too bold and vacuumed up some leaves. the way the roller is designed, there are little blades in the back of the roller that cut the hair away as it spins, i got a leaf and a stick caught up in there which blocked the hair from being cut. thankfully, the roller head is clear enough that i was able to see the hair wrapping up and stop to clean it out. other features i love is that the cord is nice and long, and all the components fit nicely into each other, they all snap and unsnap without a struggle. the dust cup and filters are easy to clean and clearly labeled. it transitions well to every different carpet in my house, and i can easily vacuum over my floor mats in the bathroom and by the doors without it fraying up the ends or having to adjust the machine. cons: the only con is that the dust cup seems to fill up after every room. this is perhaps to be expected considering the amount of hair and dust i have to clean. however, i do wish i would have sprung for the "pro" model with the larger dust cup. the cup is the same size as my older model, but it has a different design that only holds about half as much.

Best vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best vacuum I've ever had! I do not have a pet, but we have children who play with kinetic sand... The first time I vacuumed with this I felt so bad that my home was so filthy! But since then, I've noticed less is picked up and I feel great knowing this vacuum is helping to clean our home. This is a good investment! I highly recommend! Its strong, light weight, works great on carpet and hard wood floors - I barely use our broom. (Just to make sure the corners are clean I use the broom) But we love it!!

I love this vacuum
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a Hoover upright, self-propelled bagged vacuum for over 25 years. It was getting very tired. I have a fussy back, and I was concerned about the strain I would put on it without the self-propelled feature (which we could not find anywhere). NO PROBLEM! Just do the vacuum cha-cha-cha.......step forward and step back to make your legs (not your back) do any work (there isn't much-very little drag, but great suction). It was nice to see the carpet pile stand at attention again. I was also concerned about the swivel head. NO PROBLEM! In fact, it is a wonderful feature. The vacuum did not try to eat the 2 area rugs I cleaned, as the old upright would try to do. The vacuum was easy to assemble, and BestBuy delivered it in one day....even tho' I did not choose that option. I love not having to worry about the bags, as we have had difficulty over the years finding them. I highly recommend this vacuum, and I am almost 70 years old.

Great vacuum for a reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I researched the heck out of vacuums to get a good one. The reviews didn’t lie about this one - easy to use all the attachments and features, sucks up tons of dirt and fur, large canister means you empty it less while vacuuming the house, and the only con was the length of the cord is slightly shorter than what I’m used to. I would recommend to anyone with pets, multiple types of surfaces to vacuum, and for its ease of use. I even used it to vacuum out my SUV, and it was convenient to use for that as well. No regrets here!

Does a great job
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially vacuumed with my old vacuum. Then brought this home and vacuumed again. I could see a lot of additional dirt/dust being collected as I vacuumed again. Impressed. I've used it twice since then, still impressed. I also like the take away. It makes it much easier to do the stairs. Works well on couch/chairs also. It rolls easily across my carpet. It's light in comparison to most other vacuums. Highly recommend.

Great for Animal Owners
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised at how well this vacuum works!! It’s great for getting animal hair out of the carpet!! It was super easy to assemble. It’s compact as well so it doesn’t take up a ton of space when you store it. I wish the hose was a little longer but it still does a great job! It was hard to find a vacuum that works well on hardwood floors AND carpet but this one fits the bill!! It’s easy to empty the bin as well. This is my first Shark and I’m extremely impressed!
