Works great! Cooked pork roast which was moist and not dried out. Crisper put nice brown crust on roast just as it were done in oven.

Ninja Foodi TenderCrisp Pressure Cooker --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***** The Review ***** Wouldn’t it be nice to combine all your kitchen appliances of an air fryer, oven/roaster, pressure cooker and slow cooker all into one? That is what the Ninja Foodi was designed to do. But, how does it compare when it has all those functionalities packed into just one unit? Let me tell you my experience, the Ninja Foodi TenderCrisp Pressure Cooker will replace all your kitchen appliances (as far as air fryer, oven/roaster, pressure cooker and slow cooker). I had a blast using the Ninja Foodi. Everything from start to finish as far as setting it up down to the cleaning process was extremely easy. Being that the Ninja Foodi has a ceramic nonstick pot, clean up was a breeze. Let me tell you, being a dad of 2 and having to cook after a long day at work; the Ninja Foodi makes it easy. I can literally throw in something to pressure cook and then finish it off with the TenderCrisp Technology in less time than ever. A great example is mac and cheese… If you want to pressure cook some ooey gooey mac and cheese and then finish it off by topping it off with some cheese and making a crust, the Ninja Foodi has you covered. Best of all… It doesn’t stick! The very first thing I tested and made was a buffalo chicken dip. I used chicken breast, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese. I was able to pressure cook it in 20 minutes and ate it for dinner with the family. Not only was the chicken moist, but all the flavors were infused perfectly; everyone really enjoyed it. I also tested the air frying technology (TenderCrisp Air Crisp option) with some frozen dino nuggets for my son and it came out crispy yet juicy. As mentioned earlier, f you need to broil anything at the end of your pressure cooking (instead of transferring it to an oven and heating up your house), just utilize the TenderCrisp “broil” option. You also have the option to bake as there's an option under the TenderCrisp Bake/Roast option. So this will be great if you want to bake/roast an entire chicken or even some cornish game hens. Overall, I am very pleased and surprised with the Ninja Foodi. I would definitely recommend the Foodi as a kitchen essential, especially if you’re trying to clear up some space and get rid of some of your small kitchen appliances by combining it into one. I had and will continue to have a great time cooking with the Ninja Foodi. We are surprised at the quality of our meals, our only issue is the size. Our family calls the Foodie "R2D2" . It is quite large and commands it's own space on our counter. But the meals are easy and clean up is simple.
