Has a Hoover backed 5 year warranty so no need for the 4 year Best Buy warranty. Used it once so far and was really amazed. Dries faster also

Built solid, easy to use. One suggestion for use: it is necessary to go over the carpet several times with just water, extracting it slowly and thouroughly each time, to suck all the shampoo residue out. The simple one-step in the directions is not enough. Invest time in the procedure and your carpets will look great, and stay clean longer.
