I recently switched to vertical mice because of severe wrist pain that came from using standard mice for hours on end. I originally invested in a cheap Anker mouse, but the poor build quality when compared to the Logitech mouse I was switching from made me yearn for something a little sturdier. The Anker mouse did help with wrist pain, but came with other problems like the DPI randomly switching on its own. This mouse is of much better quality. It's sturdy, the plastic and metal are of good quality and it continues the trend of vertical mice saving my poor wrist from cramps. I'd recommend this to anyone who has wrist problems in their mouse hand.

I’ve owned several wireless mouses in the past, and this one is the best so far. I like the feel in my hand, easy to use buttons, and doesn’t need batteries.

I was using a regular mouse and started to develop some pain from either carpal tunnel or tendinitis and so I did a little research and this was one of the recommendations. I can say that it has greatly reduced the tension and pain that I have been experiencing before with the regular mouse. It takes some time to get used to but it is worth the time and the money!

I got the Logitech-MX Vertical Wireless Optical Mouse specifically because I was looking for help with arthritis. First, be aware there is a learning curve to use it properly. Second, if you have hand deformities due to arthritis and/or you have small hands, you may want to find one you can "test drive" before you decide to buy it. All that being said, I am very happy with this mouse. I can work longer periods without my hand cramping or clawing up. I will definitely look for another like this if this one happens to stop working. Hope this is helpful to someone searching.

Saved my wrist. I was starting to have carpal tunnel symptoms from using my regular mouse. Heard about this and have it a go. This is my absolute favorite mouse for work. It is very natural and comfortable to hold and it keeps my wrist off the surface at an angle. I also have the Logitech Marble trackball mouse I use for the non work PC. It works great as well but better for general browsing. The MX Vertical is more accurate and more comfortable in my view. I saw my pain go away in a day. Haven't had any since I've started using this. It can be used wirelessly or wired with the included USB cable

Logitech's MX line has always been spot on for me. I needed an ergo mouse for work and this definitely helps my hand and wrist. Long last battery life with USB-C for charging is a plus as well

Very good mouse from Logitech with an ergonomic design. Feels weird initially while using but gets used to it.

Best mouse I have ever used! I have had wrist issues in the past and early stages of carpal tunnel and this mouse was a GAMECHANGER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I like how it feels in my hand and I have noticed a benefit from using it. I use it for work, so I don't need to have super fast reaction time to do the web browser and office programs. I would have preferred batteries that are more easily changed out versus the lithium one, but that's okay and just a minor inconvenience for me.

This is a great mouse. Took about a day to get use to it, and a week or so to get back to my previous comfort level and speed of use that I had with a regular mouse. Works well with the MX ecosystem, and switches between my 3 systems well. Software is ok as well. I do have stuttering issues on one of my systems over Bluetooth but I believe that is an issue of the system/Bluetooth on it rather than the mouse as I have no issues on 2 other machines. I would reommend this over any other Ergo mouse I have tried. Not recommended for FPS gaming though.

Helped my wrist pain overnight. Extremely ergonomic and didn't take long to get used to. Battery life is also exceptional.

Very different. Personally like the feel of the mouse but will update this review as time progresses. Overall very comfortable, light weight, and easy to setup.

I got this for someone as a gift and it helped with their wrist pain. There was a notable difference even after a few days of use. The only con would be that you have to lift the mouse in a bit of an awkward position to move it. I recommend watching video reviews on it before purchasing it. Overall, a solid purchase!

I have had this for over six months before reviewing because I wasn't sure I would like it, and I wanted to be fair. Now, I LOVE IT! It took a while, but once I got used to it, I wouldn't go back. I had a thumb trackball previously, and I was trying to minimize wrist motion, but I couldn't find the same one again, years later when it went out, and I settled for this one. It is smooth, charges with a USB-C and charges very quickly. I have only had to charge it two or three times since I have had it, with constant use daily (I teach online). Leave yourself a few days to get used to it, and then you will love it too.

Great, it takes sometime to get used to it but no more hands pain.

I will not be going back to traditional mouse, this is extremely ergonomic, i would look no further and buy this mouse, highly recommended

Enjoying the Logitech Vertical mouse, it fits easily in our palm hand-shake mode. Add-on keys are very helpful. Powerful battery, runs for more than a month with a single charge with average 8+ hours of use.

Mouse is comfortable to use, is rechargeable and charge lasts a long time.

I have smaller hands and carpal tunnel. I spend my work days on a laptop and my off days PC gaming. This mouse has allowed me to spend more time actually enjoying my games as my hand no longer cramps or goes numb. It did not take long to get used to. It is easy to pair with multiple devices, both Mac and PC. The customizable buttons are fantastic and the Logitech software is easy to use. I highly recommend this mouse.
