Great Long Session Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is great for someone looking for a newer, more comfortable means of computing over long hours. I work an office job with 10 hour shifts, and standard mice can get a bit crampy over time. Not so much the case with this mouse as it removes those physical contraints and is far more comfortable.

Good device, horrible software
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a piece of hardware this mouse is pretty good overall. It's optically fairly precise in its tracking, comfortable for all-day use, with lots of customization ability. Battery life is strong. About the biggest drawback I've found is because it's so light and tall, if you're clumsy with long monkey arms like I am, you're going to regularly send it flying as you move around on your desk or keyboard tray. Where this device suffers badly is Logitech's Options software, especially with Flow, which is singularly one of the worst, most annoying and unreliable pieces of code currently out there, and among the worst I've used with regularity in 40+ years of computer use. The idea behind it is good, but execution is atrocious and it's fraught with bugginess that makes transferring from seamlessly and easily form one PC to another maddeningly inconsistent and unreliable, to the point where you will probably be like me and start giving serious consideration to going old-school and having two sets of input devices. You'll find that you have to frequently reboot one or both machines actively in use (if using two), turn Flow off and on and try any number of other random fixes, along with praying to the tech gods, to get it to occasionally work. It's horrifically capricious in how it works. Logitech is seemingly monumentally tone deaf about fixing the software, despite years and a litany of complaints about how bad it is, and is either unwilling or unable to fix it. Forget about useful support from them as well their response in fixes are the same limited sets of suggestions that never solve the problem.

Posted .Hello nhmtnbkr! I'm so sorry to hear about all the issues you're having with Logitech Options. Unfortunately, there's really only one thing I can recommend doing. If support hasn't already recommended this to you, I would try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. I will definitely be passing up the ladder all the issues you're having. In the mean time, keep an eye out for updates to the software. Once again, I apologize for the issues you're having. Thank you so much for the feedback and for shopping Logitech. - Maggie from Logitech

Good choice for multiple connections

Worth it!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A friend at work had this at his desk. I tried it out knew I needed one. So much relief on the wrist and it wasn't hard at all to get use of the different angle. Easy peasy and worth the mouse upgrade if you spend a lot of time on the computer.

Great mouse for wrist pain relief.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mouse to alleviate carpal tunnel syndrome. It is the best decision I made. Changing hand position is what helps with the pain. I tried a gaming as well as an ergonomic mouse but did not help until my hand position changed. It takes a little time to adjust to the new hand position but you will not notice the change after. A little pricey, but worth it.

Saved my wrist!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't say enough about this mouse - got one for the home office and one for work and I love them both. I think that my only complaint is that each mouse has a unique USB dongle, so I have to make sure to have the right one and not the wrongle when I need to work. It's expensive, but it's worth every penny to not have a sore wrist at the end of the day.

Great device only 1 setback.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a fan of the ergos with the ball. Having multi-device connections is always a win. On a daily basis I am transitioning between 3 laptops so I thought this mouse would be perfect. The let down the button to switch devices is at the bottom of the mouse. So inconvenient. I have carpal tunnel and the mouse does not cause strain on my wrist so I can appreciate that.

IMO Best mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best mouse I have ever used. It is also the second one I have purchased. I work in IT, and I am at my computer for 8 hours plus 5 days a week. Using this mouse and a wrist pad, my hand never cramps or gets tired. When I have to use my travel mouse, I end up just using the mouse pad because my hand and wrist start to hurt.

Worth the money!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best mouse ever purchased and worth the money! I have been experiencing carpal tunnel and while the ergonomic keyboard helped, I noticed my arm was aggravated clicking the mouse (which is constantly!). Just the simple change of my arm being in a more natural position when clicking the mouse has helped the twinges of pain immensely. A little time getting used to it, but now like second nature to use.

Best Mouse Ever
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use to get pain in my wrist and arm from the lack of an ergonomic mouse and extended use. I bought one of these in 2016 and I have been using them ever since. I just replaced the first one I bought seven years later. Definitely would recommend.

||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this mouse. It relieves all strain and pain, works on my sofa side fabric, has many control options. Plus it feels like you are piloting the Space Shuttle. I bought one for my office as well. Best mouse ever!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a new mouse because my previous one had issues with the dongle. Granted, I could have just bought a new dongle but I opted to get a new mouse instead. I'm extremely glad I did! Using it is so seemless... not to mention there are three different ways to connect. I absolutely love it!

Save your wrist and buy this mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this mouse. For anyone not used to using ergonomic mice, it may take some getting used to but totally worth it. A little jumpy when using via Bluetooth but plug in the dongle and it works flawlessly. I used a Microsoft Natural mouse for years and it started wearing out physically. Purchased a cheap ergonomic mouse and it was not so smooth. Shelled out the extra money for this one and was totally worth it.
