Otherwise it just pushes dirt/dust all over the room. My reason for purchasing, which is my favorite part is the interchangeable plug in either to the doc or to the vacuum which my Shark did not have. My puppy chewed my shark cord and it only connected VIA the base which rendered my Shark vacuum useless as they no longer sold just the base.

It also cannot find the charging station if it gets too far away and you need to guide it back to the charge station.

Stopped working

Read lots of reviews and was pretty happy with purchase till after 3 weeks it stopped working. Returned and bought an iRobot i7 with the emptying station. After the self mapping runs and setup the iRobot i7 is unbelievable. Lots of power - will go right to the room or rooms you want cleaned - no bumping into things. I recommend the iRobot i7 if you are not happy with the Deebot N79SE and have the money, try the self emptying iRobot i7.
