Bought this as a gift for my mom whom just turned 70, and she has no problems at all using it. I helped with initial set up and she took it from there. She's been very vocal about how happy she is with its Performance as well. This has taken a large amount of stress off her as she no longer has to push around her heavy vacuum.

We moved to a house with dark wood floors that apparently show every strand of hair my pets leave on it, and the downstairs is about 1400 SQFT. No chance was I going to sweep every day. We got this little guy and he runs every night at 2 am and does an amazing job. We have 5 pets and you can walk barefoot on my floors after he cleans. Lifesaver!

The overall performance is good, it cleans the carpet well, especially the price is lower than other robot vacuums. However, I am not satisfied with it, becasue it is not a smart product. It will clean your house/room until run out of the battery, then it will return to the charging station to charge itself. I confirmed with the customer service that this product cannot know if it has already cleaned the whole room, it just randomly clean the place it could reach, without a planned routine, So I returned it and looking for a better product that could sense the surroundings and the progress of cleaning.

I got this vacuum to help keep our tile and wood floors clean. I have had some issues though. It randomly started cleaning in the middle of the night and would find it entangled in a rug I pick up when using the vacuum. It does not work well on frisee rugs which is why I pick it up. The second issue I had was it would clean for a little and then start spinning in circles. Other than those 2 issues so far it has been a good vacuum. When it works it works great. Has a long battery life usually cleans for about an 90 minutes before needing to be charged again. The dirt cup is easy to dump and clean.

This vacuum has been excellent for half the price of the bigger names. We had a malfunction within a year due to our son’s mishap. The company was unable to fix the issue over the phone and sent a new vacuum through the mail once the received mine.

I bought this vacuum to replace a very old Roomba. I liked that this vacuum wasn't as tall and could get under furniture the old one couldn't. The first day it was fine, then it kept jamming itself under my entertainment center which the day prior it worked fine. For something like this situation, it would be nice if the vacuum included a virtual wall barrier like the Roombas do. This vacuum wanted nothing to do with my area rug. It's a medium pile shag and the Deebot would get stuck on it immediately and just beep away until I rescued it. What is the point of a robot vacuum if it can't even clean a carpet? The last thing is how clunky the app is. It says it's Alexa compatible but it's really not. Alexa clearly tells you to tell your Deebot to return to base, and when you do she promptly corrects you and tells you the same exact instructions. You also can't tell the Deebot to return to the charging station via the app - a huge miss. So if Alexa can't tell it to re-dock and the app can't, then you're forced to find the remote to direct it which defeats the purpose of both Alexa and the app. Because of all of these issues, it's going back to the store and I'm getting another Roomba.

Coming from a house with 4 dogs and 2 cats, this vacuum is awesome for in between cleanings. It's really nice to set it up in a room while I'm doing other things

I just love this vacuum. It goes on by itself and cleans the whole house then returns to its docking station. The best thing I ever did was buy this.

I have given nothing but praise for my Deebot vacuum but it now ends. Their customer service is nothing. You can't ask for help unless you give your life history and ancestry. This is my second Deebot and my last. I am now the proud owner of two Deebots that run two feet and stop. I have to keep my remote in my hand and push the button constantly for it to run. No fun.

This little thing is quite better than I was expecting. We have only used it twice and so far it has been able to navigate under the couch, over area rugs, carpets, around the dog lol and has covered all rooms on the first floor of the house. It is not perfect but seems to get better with use. It does make noise but it is significantly less noisy than a regular vacuum. I would highly recommend this product to anyone contemplating this vs. any other brand.

Got this toy for Christmas, so far I’m really impressed with my 1st Time trying 1:) very easy to set up!!

Mine lasted about 3 months. I had to return my first one that didn't work, out of the box. It has its good points: It docs well and picks up dirt,but it will get caught on virtually everything, then you have to buy new side brushes when it gets entangled in whatever it gets caught on. The bad: Their warranty department was difficult to speak with and after much debate, they would not honor my warranty because it was a refurbished unit. *never buy refurbished friends* So, I was in the hole $140 bucks, plus the extra replacement brushes etc. I had purchased to keep it running smooth, for what I was hoping would be at least 5 yrs, I decided to give the broken unit to my son, who is an electrical engineer. He tore it apart and found out what the problem was. The unit had nothing to keep the motor from overheating when it catches on things. So, running while you are not at home makes the whole idea of it being useable, remotely, a joke . He did fix it using his engineering skills, and I said just keep it, because looking at the thing made me ill. I now own a Roomba and, although its noisier than the DEEBOT, It cleans better and rarely gets caught on things. I can leave for work and come back to a clean house. I clean the wheels every couple months and I have owned it for about a year now. Note; i would not recommend paying up for all the tech- you will rarely use it. I do use the settings so it kicks on at a certain time, but honestly that is really not a big deal.

Overall it is good for the price. The cleaning pattern is random but that is because it not like one of the high end ones where they have cameras and more sensors built in so they can map the area. But for the price I do recommend it.

Great for everyday spot cleaning but too small to be a substitute for a standard vacuum. I need an army of them with 2 dogs!

Con: 1) After 1 year the battery lasts about 10 minutes on low suction mode. 2) warranty lasts 12 months, but month 13 it stopped working. I had my vacuum on a daily schedule that can only be done in the app. It would no longer connect to the app. I'd connect it to WiFi and it would connect to the app but as soon as it docked, it wouldn't connect. I reached out to support and via email every message was handled by a different person telling me to try the same troubleshooting steps. Support was unsupportive. I tried unplugging the battery then plugging it back in and that didn't work either. Neutral: It's motion is random so sometimes if have to lock it in a room to make sure it cleaned well. Pro: The first year it was great. I have wooden floors and never had to sweep after by bird. It got the feathers very well. My wife's hair wasn't gathering in corners anymore. Dust bunnies were a thing of the past. It was nice to know that even places I didn't look stayed clean.

Works great. Product is a little louder than expected but gets the job done.

We love our robot vacuum! We have it programmed to run first thing in the morning.

This is my second robot vacuum, the price is good, the devices does a good job sucking dirt and small trash but the problem is the randomization of cleaning, it goes in random patterns that every time it missed half of the room. it goes around the same stop 2 or 3 times but always misses half the room
