    This vacuum is the worst piece of electronics I've ever owned. Never works right always gets stuck voice commands are horrible vacuum doesn't clean at all. All it successfully does is run into everything over and over and waisted 230$

    Not worth it- not strong enough

    This vacuum does not pick up nearly enough dust, dirt, anything to be worth the price tag of a robot vacuum. I have had this product for nearly 1 year and noticed it was not great at picking things up right when I got it, but assumed I had too high expectations of such a little vacuum compared to my full corded vacuum. Over the past 6 months we ran it on a schedule every day to try and correct for its weakness using frequency, and the floor was no cleaner. This product isn't worth it.

    I Purchased a ECOVACSHOME and 79S in 2018, November. Had issues with it little over six months later and they did send me a new one. The new one is now not working after just a little over a year. Now they’re not gonna do anything about it. Very disappointed as I am someone who doesn’t have a lot of money and wanted to treat myself. I do not recommend this product.

    Only lasted a couple of months

    The product did ok for the first couple of months...not great, just ok. Then it just stopped charging, no matter what I tried. It would just beep. Customer service was zero help. They kept stringing me along then just quit replying. Don't waste your money.
