Easy to use, quick cup of coffee, love that I can have a cup of flavored coffee whenever I want one.

There are only 2 people who drink a couple of cups of coffee each morning in our house. We didn't need a coffee maker with a large reservoir. The only downside, and the reason I gave it four stars instead of 5, is that we do have to refill it with water daily. Not a big deal for us.

I’ve had the smaller version of this coffee maker and for whatever reason, they always seemed to stop working. I’ve had this one for awhile and it’s awesome. The tank is large enough for you to fill our for about six cups of coffee. It heats up quickly and dispenses with little sound. I liked this so much that I bought a second one for my other home.

I bought this as a xmas gift for my fiance who goes out every morning to buy a cup of coffee before work. It works perfect, its easy to setup, easy to add water, and the accessories are easy to find. She now has a smile on her face every morning when shes making her cup of coffee, and even though I don't drink coffee, I buy the black tea, and hot cocoa k-cups to drink as well. Perfect machine and 0 complaints.

Great machine makes good coffee, quick and convenient

Nothing but satisfaction on this product. Very convenient to use and maintain. Used mine every single day and bought another one for my office. I can't imagine going back to the old coffee pot. Best Buy had the best price and even included a $20 gift card. My earlier model broke down and I called Keurigs customer service and they just requested me to send only the pod loading part and sent me a brand machine! Highly recommended.

This machine makes perfect coffee very quickly. Very stylish as well.

never thought a kcup would replace my drip maker..but this is great..lots of choices coffee,teas chai lattes etc..or you can use a refillable kcup and make your own brew

The Coffee Maker seems to be pretty well built. I haven't had any problems so far and I intend to keep it clean so that I don't need to replace it for another 10 years.

was hesitant about getting one of these since I have been using a mr coffee like brewer all my life. being a coffee lover I decided to try it out. on the one hand it's so completely fast and convenient since it brews a cup of coffee almost instantly and it tastes great. on the down side it's way more expensive on a per cup basis vrs my good old mr coffee brewer and it doesn't make a full cup (around 3/4 filled mug).
