I use this printer almost everyday. It's useful and convenient. no more wire and messy lines. I had some trouble with installing it to my laptop but I solve the problem by choosing TCP/IP instead of wireless devices. I hope any supplies are last for long time.

Very nice printer. My previous printer was a Samsung and it gave me many years of service. When I was looking for a new printer, I found out HP had purchased Samsung. So, I went with this printer. So far, the printer has performed as advertised. It was difficult to get the wireless connection working, but once it was setup, I have had no problems. When I purchased this printer, I did not realize it had duplex (double-sided) printing. That was an added bonus. No jams or problems so far.

Had to delete and totally download software again. Did not like the fact that we spent 2 hours with HP help all other printers from HP have worked flawlessly. Now this one is working ok

Best features are duplex printing and high capacity output per toner cartridge. It is very fast on printing as it takes less than 6 seconds to printout the first page. Setup was very easy, all I needed to do is plug the printer into the network and all my computers had the printer installed. I am extremely satisfied with this printer. I never thought I could get a laser printer with duplexing for a awesome price of $88.00 …. Amazing!!!!!

My team has really appreciated having a compact and wireless option. Works great with our Chromebooks, but was a bit tricky to set up.

Quick and no brainier on setup , works wirelessly and prints from laptop, mobile or table . Saves on useless for me color inks .

It took me a few hours to set up, no clear instructions of what software needs to be downloaded/installed. Once I finally got it set up it seems to work ok. Its louder than most printers while printing, I dont know if there is a way to reduce the noise it makes. Im disappointed with my initial experience, the only positive so far was the price & quick shipping. If I had to do it all again, I would probably choose another brand.

Printer was offline for half day. Tried to contact HP and guess what, no phone #. Had to chat and of course got disconnected and HP's chatter did NOT call me. Works great, but it was a lousy setup experience.

Pros: Once set up, it works great. We have multiple PCs set up for Wifi access. Print quality is fine. I had to call the 800# for wifi setup help. It is a foreign call center, but the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: I did not find setup easy. The instructions are in very small font size and poorly written. I struggled for 1.5 hours trying to get the Wifi to work on 2 PCs and then gave up and called the 800#

Setup was simple, works perfectly, printing is crisp , much nicer than my other HP
