Had to return first one that failed due to an electrical short in the wire. Easy replacement at BB. It runs on auto and kicks on when needed. Use the heater on my screened in porch in fall.

I love this product. I used to wake up with headaches, but since using this I sleep better and wake up refresh

the only thing that sucks is you can't set the heat as part of the schedule. it's only a cooling fan on the schedule and then you have to turn on the heat when you want it

great fan. pricey but has good features. theres a safety requirement where heating cant be controlled from the app but i do recommend this product. wish it covered more sq. ft

So far so good. It seems to be working as intended but got to see how it’s going to in future. Finger crossed.

This is the first Dyson product I have purchased and I must say the quality of the product is superb. Great for allergies!

We have had a couple (less expensive) air purifiers and this one beats them all easily. Love the app and alexa integration. We'll probably pick up a second one the next time we find it on sale again.

Had it for almost a year now. It’s been fantastic! Easy to use, has a lot of functions, and appropriately regulates the temperature in a bedroom.

Nice unit. It just has draw backs! For instance, you can’t raise and lower the heat thru the WiFi app. Not sure the unit is worth the additional money for the WiFi capability!

I was very excited to receive this unit. Right now we are using it for heating and I was really hoping for a quicker heat response. I do like this but knowing Dyson so well hoping for a more heat.

Works great. So far I’ve only used it in the summer, but let’s see how the heater works in the winter.

This product is pretty useless for bedrooms or for heating. I bought this thinking it would be an improvement over the older pure hot cool link models. It was not. Well the filter may be better but if you cannot use it the way you need it, it just becomes a big waste of money. First it randomly makes an annoying hissing noise that the older ones never did. My kids cannot stand the noise either so I have to wait for them to fall asleep before I turn it on, manually. And that brings us to the second and more disappointing problem. They have removed the thermostat controls from the app for this model. I would never have bought this if I knew this functionality was removed. With the older models I could program scheduled temperature settings. For us it is hard to get out of bed when it is cold, so I would have the heat turn up when it's time to get out of bed. What is the point of having app controls if you cannot even do that.

Another great Dyson product. I waited several years to purchase these. One of them works perfectly, the other one make some noises when initially heating up.

Always comes on when frying fish!! Very smart machine and has really made a difference in our home. I can’t wait to see what it can do with the heating function as the temps drop.

Bought in July was a great fan but once it started getting cold in October the heater setting would make a high pitch noise when the room hit the temperature it was set to. (78°) so whenever I would have it where it on where it would auto warm below that temperature it would buzz/Humm in a high pitch while it was at the targeted heat. I've been looking to exchange it because when it is on the fan setting it does not make that sound and I think it may be just mine that does this.

It is very helpful when I have to spend the whole day at home... I have an old house without too much isolation. So the heater function of this device saves my day.

This is the best hepa filter and heater. Filters large room quickly. A must have for seasonal allergies.

Excellent Purifier, does exactly what it suppose to do. Clean the are and the auto feature is awsome.

I already have the cool link and works great in our living room so we de died getting another unit for the bedroom , only complain expensive filter that last for 6 month

Purchased July 2nd and already having issues as of Feb 2022. Wifi connection issues, exclamation point stuck on screen and won’t power on. Have to unplug and what not to restart. Lucky for me I have the Best Buy warranty and still under one year but not promising quality for the price.
