The Oscillator stopped working In Less than a week. You can really tell that it does purify the air. And it heats a room nicely, but the power of the wind factor compacted to a regular fan is much less in my opinion. So for the price you pay I think it’s kind of overpriced.

I have to say that the cool air is just recirculating air that goes through the filter and comes a little cooler than the air in the room you are. The press of the air that is coming out is not as much with regular fans, therefore you won't feel the air hitting on you as you would with another fan. The heat function works, but have not tried since it's not winter. Once winter comes I'll update the post.

Definitely not. Noisy/jumpy mechanism for the oscillation feature. Remote is so small it’s hard to keep from dropping. Ok heater and filter but not worth the asking price IMHO.

It is not a heater or ac but does help regulate the temperature very well. Quite in comparison to other similar products. Easy to use. You can even use an app but I haven’t gotten that far. I just leave it on all day to help circulate air in my room. I have had this item for several months and still enjoy it.

Great buy and was able to get it on sale. Just wanting to get a couple of refill filters to store for the future. Other than that, seems to be a good buy. It doesn’t really replace a common AC in terms of cooling a room like a regular air conditioner, but it does get the room cool enough for comfort.

Cooling is good but not like AC

The fan is pretty powerful which does help circulate the air very well. Waiting for the winter to use the heating feature. I love that there’s a remote to change settings.

Unlike an A/C unit, which refrigerates the air before exhausting, our machines cool you by moving the air over and around you via the Air Multiplier technology. While the actual temperature of the air in fan mode can depend on the environmental air, the machine can definitely provide some cooling while purifying your air.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of the high price but it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made from my office. It is super quiet and provides amazing heating and cooling. Gadget more than a real fan

I tried the wide mode and I could barely feel it in a 13x13 room. You would use this if you are in a small bedroom and make sure it is in the narrow mode. Cute features: bladeless fan, remote control is magnetized to the top of the fan so you won't lose it, hot & cool function, very quiet. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I am happy to hear that you were pleased with several of the features of your Pure Hot + Cool, including the bladeless air multiplier, and the magnetized remote control. While your machine will cool, it won't cool like an air conditioner would. Air conditioning units and the Dyson Air Multiplier™ fan are two very different products that work in very different ways. An air conditioner refrigerates the air it supplies, allowing the air in the room to be made cooler than the ambient temperature outside. The Dyson Air Multiplier™ fan cools a person by moving air over and around them. While the air temperature in heat mode can be adjusted, you can only adjust the air flow speeds in cool mode.
