Great upgrade to our old Keurig. Makes great coffee plus great iced coffee. A little pricey. Hopefully it will last as long as the old one.

Bought this Keurig for my girlfriend to replace her older model, and she absolutely loves it! She says the coffee is nice and hot (better than her older model), it was very easy to set up, it even makes wonderful iced coffee, and it looks so gorgeous in the kitchen. She's had nothing but wonderful things to say about this Keurig. Best Buy delivered to my home on schedule as promised and the packaging was great. No issues. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a few keurig coffee makers. My most recent one lasted three years and honestly was still working when I replaced it with this one. We love it! It’s not bulky. Looks good and using k cups is no brainer, For some reason this one seems to produce much hotter water quicker when filled. We also love the cold brew feature

I am a one or two cup a day coffee drinker. Nothing fancy just coffee. It can make several drink sizes, does iced drink like an occasional iced tea. Excellent value for the price.

This product is great! I bought it for my mother and she loves it! It’s quick and efficient!

I really like it. Easy to customize size and brew strength. The water level in the reservoir is not visible as the front of reservoir is painted. The reservoir lid should be hinged to allow easier water fill. The reservoir should be lit up. Redesign the reservoir and I would give it 5 stars.

Cost on the high end, but used my reward certificates to buy the cost down and totally worth it. No regrets. Love it; I don’t have to refill as often. Serves up the perfect cup every time. Sleek and easy to use.

This was a Father's Day gift for my Dad. After a few years of trying to convince my Dad he could save money, water, and time by using a Keurig coffee maker instead of a drip brewer, he finally gave in. He was only brewing coffee for himself, so why not have a fresh cup every time!?! He enjoys the simplicity of the machine, it heats up quickly and he only has to refill the water reservoir once a week. He also likes the versatility of brewing for a mug or a tall travel mug. Overall, this is a great, versatile coffeemaker for fresh hot coffee for anytime of the day.

Quick to brew and easier to use than the older generation. I had to replace my old brewer, which finally gave up the ghost. I like that this new one has a dedicated hot water button, but the best change is that you no longer have to wait for the water to heat before hitting the button that starts the brew. With this one, you can put in the K-cup, hit the button and it brews when it's hot. Much easier.

its the nicest and easiest coffee maker I have had makes coffee hot and also tea and hot chocolate and you can also make iced tea or iced coffee with this machine,,,,,,,Love it.

Easy to use, very practical. Ice coffee option works great.

The problem I have with most K cup machines/pods are they make a weak watery cup of coffee and I like a strong flavor. This brewer has a strong button which seems to make a difference. Just a straightforward machine without the unnecessary bells and whistles.
