This is our 2nd Keurig coffee maker and we love it. It allows each user to choose the brew strength and cup size that you prefer. Excellent hot coffee each and every time.

I waited too long to replace my old Kcup coffee machine. This new machine does everything I want in a coffee maker and is twice as fast as my previous machine. Love it!

We had the Keurig 2.0 for the longest time and it finally got to the point it wouldn't shut an would need to be restarted. Love it. Had to get the best available option from keurig now which led us to this keurig elite. It seems like a slight step back from the 2.0 k400 to us. It does everything we need. Has all the size options and now iced coffee. Holds the most water. Looks nice. It is much faster than our old keurig at heating up. Overall I do love it. But the few small things I don't like. The water tank level is not visible from front. You have to look on left side to see. Also the lid doesn't lift up. You have to take it off an sit it down. K400 lifted up. To put the my kcup adapter in you have to pull the part that holds the disposable cups out. K400 you didn't have to do this. Like I said these are tiny gripes from me that saw the k400 as the best. And the new best seems to have taken a step back. But it does the job and we do love it.

I'm in love with this coffee maker. It has multiple cup size options, hot water button for tea, and iced coffee settings.

Compared to my last Keurig, this is a much better machine! Much more sturdy feeling and as always easy to operate. My one dislike is how the buttons are basically pointing skyward and not the easiest to see for selecting cup and brew strength. As is with all my Keurigs it makes the usual heating up noise and pouring noise when brewing a cup.

Bought this as a gift for family and they love it. Their previous Keurig machine finally kicked the bucket after 5 years, and they're loving this one.
