The buttons and lack of a screen aren't as nice as the old one. Also miss the light at the bottom of the tank that would blink when the water was low.

I spend a lot of time, minutes really, cleaning the mess every week. This would be solved if the pedestal could be raised to bring cups closer to liquid streaming down from machine. My old Keurig had this feature and I sorely miss it.

I really like the "strong coffee" feature! I got this to replace another Keurig with fewer features that had become inconsistent in how much coffee it would deliver (and yes, I had cleaned it) - the coffee looked more like tea - so hence, the replacement. Yay! my coffee looks and tastes like coffee again!
