    Garbage, I bought these and get a mismatch error on my printer. Went to the HP and filled out the complaint form and got an e-mail saying new cartridges were coming. Over a month and still waiting. Will never buy anything from HP again. Malaysia is were the cartridges came from that are bad, but from the HP site it appears they may have an issue with China made cartridges as well. 0 out of 0. Would never recommend

    I just opened this today to use the cyan on my printer; however, my printer would not recognize it even tough it has the right number. I didn't want to open to other colors because I don't need them yet. I tried to return the box today but they would not take it back!!!

    The only thing that beats HP Printer ink, is an HP Printer! They just keep making them better and better. Same w/the replacement inks, pop em in and printing again like new!

    The product itself is great. Seems lightening quick on start-up. All of the programs I need to run, do so quickly. We will have to see what happens after multiple OS updates. Speaking of Windows11. This is a bit of an issue because in order to set up the machine initially, you have to have a Microsoft account which you access regularly. If you don't access it regularly and thus need to change your password, you are put in time-out for 30 days. This is all because Microsoft wants you to connect to the 'cloud' during initial set-up so they have admin control over your machine. Not something I wanted.

    This was a reasonable deal (given the ridiculously high cost of ink cartridges now). Our HP printer no longer works with ANY generic or non-HP cartridges. They’re often sold out locally. These were same day pickup.
