Overall good experience with this printer. Build quality is much better than the Canon it replaced and it's well designed...it's got a practical, no-nonsense look and feel, and is surprisingly compact. Setup was a bit of a chore due to confusing software (HP Smart), but once you finally get through all of the various steps it works like a charm and getting ink shipped automatically is a nice feature. I've made use of the sheet fed scanner, flatbed scanning, regular document printing on plain paper, as well as borderless printing on 4x6 photo paper. Everything looked excellent with only some barely detectable banding on the photo paper in areas with solid color (it was non-HP paper). Photos printed on plain paper also looked decent, and text was clear and sharp. No issues with connectivity to a PC, Mac, or iPhone. Remote printing also worked well...was able to print several work documents while sitting at the beach and they were ready when I arrived home several days later. Very useful feature! I would recommend this printer to anyone with a small home office who needs a reliable printer with excellent print quality for modest monthly print needs.

Excellent product... I have been trusting HP for my printing needs for many years. I love my new printer... it is smaller than the last one, was easy to set up, and has the same great print quality of my other HP printers.

I have always used HP Printers. When my last one died after 13 years, there was no doubt that I would continue with HP. The 8025e was my choice. Once it arrived, the setup was quick & easy. Print quality is excellent. I could not be happier. In addition…I find the reviews that setup was awful amazing. It is a breeze! I just followed the prompts. Loading the HP Smart App on my iPhone 13 Pro Max took less than a minute & it works fine. Also, it connected to my home computer in seconds & prints out flawlessly. Lastly, I printed out a couple of photos on photo paper & they came out great. Fantastic printer, especially for the low price

This printer is the only one you need, very easy to operate, easy instructions, prints, scan and email is great. Price is affordable and I always go for the HP brand . I had a great experience with Hp, the guy at BestBuy was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Have used all functions (print, fax, scan, copy) and it performed flawlessly. Have printed from phones and laptops all with ease. I use it for a home printer. I need the fax set up to send documents to my wife’s medical clinical trial out of town. The set up was simple and works great. The ink supplying option with HP is awesome too.

So far, best printer I've purchased. Now my last printer stayed up and running for a long time but it had its quirks from the beginning. Not this one! Easy setup. Pretty much plug it in and go! Thanks HP. Highly recommend.

Best printer we’ve ever purchased! The quality is great. I have also printed pictures and they come out very clear. I love that it is very user friendly and was very easy to set up.

Noticed a few reviews about paper jam errors during setup, this happened to me too and was about to return product. I finally discovered that the black wheels inside arrived at an angle. It seemed correct since they were tight however after some persistence to fix this error, they tell you to pull up the blue piece to check wheels for paper, while that is open, I managed to press the whole wheel mechanism down more into place so that the black wheels were no longer at a slant (mostly the right side was up too high.) They should be level along with the blue handle, which also arrived at a slant. Hope this helps the next person who encounters this problem on a new, out of the box printer.

So Glad we purchased this HP Office JetPro 8020 in exchange for the finicky Canon. From this purchase won’t be going back to any Canon products. The features alone are truly amazing, it’s a true wireless Copier Scanner Fax Printer. It’s like the iOS Apple iPhone operating system in its simplicity. I’m ranting and raving about the app features you can download to any smartphone allowing you have all the printing scanning faxing capabilities from wherever you are. One of the amazing built in features is it automatically orders ink based on what you use and when the ink reaches low it’s delivered to your doorstep. Wouldn’t steer you wrong you get more than your money’s worth with this purchase. Quality - Excellent 5 stars ⭐️ Value - Excellent 5 stars ⭐️ Ease of use - Excellent 5 stars ⭐️

Works great and is faster and higher quality than the Brother printer we also purchased from Best Buy last July. The only negative: we usually only use black ink and we don’t need all the ink we’re being sent! We realize that HP really is in the business selling ink and not so much printers!

The set-up process was very simple, the wifi connection/HP connection was a breeze, even printing from the phone (app is very easy to navigate). The chic look is just the cherry on top. I definitely will recommend this printer for anyone starting a new business or just have a home office. I mean my purchase almost 2 years ago and I’ve never had an issue, not even a paper chair, and I was very surprised when I was able to print out pictures from my phone.

I really like the HP - OfficeJet Pro 8025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer and how easy it was to set-up. It has all the features I was lookig for in a printer (printing, copying, scanning and faxing). I would recommend it for at home use

This is the best that I believe money can buy in this price. Does the job perfectly and no complaints so far.

Seems to be working just fine after a month. Duplex printing is a snap. It was my mistake that I thought I read in the spec's before buying that the document feeder was duplex. It is not. That is a feature I want but I will wait until I buy my next all in one printer, I guess. Other than that I am satisfied. I print, maybe, 40 pages per month, strictly personal, no business. I scan a lot. I have put tape on the front cover to attach to the side. It seems, if I am not careful when placing pages on the glass, to be easy to catch the top of the front panel with my hand. The panel then drops open interrupting the scan or copy cycle.
