Works best as a mop, but will do a decent job sweeping floors, too. Generally maps areas very well. One area took a few tries to get the whole area and didn’t want to clean the whole area in one job either, but it was admittedly a difficult area. Easy to learn to use. Best for keeping areas clean, not to clean very dirty areas. Best to use reusable pads. Throwaways work fine but cost adds up. Best Buy delivery fast, good.

This robot mop has so many problems I can't even remember what all of them are. The main problem with it is inherent in its design: it squirts out some cleaning fluid then rolls back and forth over the cleaning fluid to spread it across the floor. It really doesn't have enough force to pick up any dirt other than dust and pollen to the floors don't really get clean, not to mention it leaves a streaky residue on the floor. In addition to that, it can't cross over typical household thresholds like those you might find between a hallway and a bathroom, so it's ability to clean the whole house is severely limited. It's mapping functions, which are one of its big selling points, leave a lot to be desired. Frequently it reports that it's tank is empty when in fact the tank is completely full, and it often cleans the wrong room or forgets the boundaries to a room and cleans in areas it isn't scheduled to clean.

I purchased this a month ago and have ran in numerous times as a dry and wet mop with and without iRobot's cleaning solution. It has performed very well and as expected once it was able to map all of the hard surface areas in my home. The initial mapping did take a few hours, but once it was done mapping, it runs very efficiently, with the ability to select specific rooms for mopping and does a great job.

It keeps our floors clean. Only problem was that it stoped spraying after 1 week so we had to return it for a new one. Hopefully, this one will last longer than 1 week.

Works well, but we have uneven floors so it misses some spots. It is very quiet and easy to use. We just seem to be unfortunate with the wavy floors.

Works good for keeping floors clean but definitely doesn’t do a deep clean. I typically run it twice and am happy with the result. Love that there are reusable pads!

Bought this unit to go with the I3 I bought earlier in the year. Hardwood floors and pet hair with heavy indoor/outdoor traffic makes it hard to keep the house clean but these two units together are awesome. I expected to have to mop heavy spots before running the M6 but after the first run I couldn’t believe how well it worked. I bought extra washable pads and keep this machine busy. Great product!

Easy to use, gets under the edge of kitchen cabinets and lets you know when it needs to be refilled. Great buy and never gets tired of moping!

I’ve had a Roomba for a while now, and I recently picked up the M6 to handle mopping duties. Overall I’ve been very pleased. My only real complaint is that I’ve noticed some minor streaking on my hardwood floors.

We've had the Braava Jet for about a month. It's a nice addition to our Roomba I7+. However, I was surprised that there is no way to automatically integrate the maps already created by the Roomba vacuum. iRobot could use some work there. It would be great to just pick zones from an existing map to have the Braava Jet clean instead of needing to relearn. Further, would like to be able to "schedule" the mop to run immediately after the vacuum, but the software only allows for concurrent mopping on a "clean" now basis. Works well and operates as advertised. Get the washable pads and a replacement bottle of cleaner immediately. You'll need them quickly if you use the mop more than once per week.

Easy set up for charging and getting started. Works well on both tile and wood floors. Sweeps first and then mop. Pads are only one use. Now they have pads for mopping that are reusable. Good efficient

The iRobot M6 is my first robot cleaner and I'm dismayed that I didn't buy one sooner. The M6 is an amazing device that I can't imagine not having. It's convenient, discreet, and QUIET! This can't be overstated! You can work from home on the same level of this mop while it's working and not have any issues with conference calls. What a great piece of tech that I can't recommend enough!

Set up was simple. Easy to use. Got it for house with 2 dogs. We use it on a large area & need to change pads or it will leave streaks. Easy fix there though.

This thing is honestly useless. For their “high end smartest robot mob” it requires quite a bit of manual work. You might as well mop your floor the traditional way. This thing will not go over the smallest threshold, making the mapping process impossible. Furthermore, it get stuck VERY often! I literally got 4 “bumper stuck” notification within 30 minutes during its mapping session. This thing is seriously useless. I love my roomba 960 and how effortless it was when it comes to smart mapping, going over threshold, and cleaning. I was expecting to get the same result with this mop but it’s very clear that iRobot still have a long way to go with it comes to releasing an smart mop. I will be returning mine tomorrow. Disappointing.

while this item does really well, its like a swiffer. It saves me from needing to mop everyday. I have used all sorts of different cleaners in it. I recommend getting reusable pads for it.

We loved the idea of having a mopping robot. We got ours at Best Buy and were thrilled to get it home and set it up. This is what middle-age people do for excitement by the way. Once the robot started to work we were quite impressed to see how it navigated around items. Sadly though It seemed to streak more than clean. We have high gloss ,rectified porcelain tile floors and the idea of having a Mopping robot was great in theory. I just don’t think the heads are good enough and offer enough resistance to pick up dirt without streaking. We tried three different cleaning liquids. originally we tried the cleaner that’s offered by the company. Then we tried water only and finally then we tried an ammonia water mix and regardless of what we put in the unit , streaking and water stains remained as a result of the units use. The streaking was more noticeable than the small amount of dirt the robot picked up on the mop head. We chose to return the unit for a refund and decided to Mop our own floors nail the tech gets better.

Mopping is one of those dreaded chores but we have tile on our entire first floor of our house. This little robot mop keeps up on the maintenance cleaning for us so we only have to mop when a deep clean is needed. Huge time saver!
