Love it , very easy setup. I had the smaller version and it was not bad but this is way better. I would recommend this to anyone who was thinking of getting one

Love it. It’s a big help to me. Only issue I’m having is she doesn’t always run a scheduled job connected to iRobot Roomba.

Got this for my wife who hates technology. I know it is before christmas but wanted to help her clean before the holidays. She is thrilled to have this thing and for someone who likes clean floors, this made her life so much easier. I was hesitant to introduce robot technology, how well it navigates the rooms, rugs, chairs, pets, etc. I am totally amazed at how well it navigates. It is still learning, and seems to clean same areas, but it is starting to explore other areas of our home. Very pleased, and my wife is able to figure it out using the app on her phone. Must be easy to use if she can figure it out.

I feel this product has so much potential especially seeing what iRobot is doing in the vacuum space, I have the i7 and love it, but let me explain why I returned this twice! I purchased it and then after a week or so the robot had “Mapping Issues” as iRobot classified them so it would run for about 60 seconds and then stop and have a red ring and restart and had no error or history on the app. They (iRobot Support) told me this is a know issue and were looking into and I would be contacted in 24 hours. Well two weeks passed and nothing, all while they advise me to leave on the charging base so they work on it. Mind you this thing would restart every 2 minutes or so and make a noise every time all day and all night, drove me insane!! This is when I realized iRobot was not in a rush to solve this issue which seems like it was happening to many of their users. For the short time the mop worked it worked well but my only complaint was how long it took to complete a job which was not a deal breaker for me as I let it run while I was away anyways, also I think the tank could be a bit bigger as it couldn’t complete one job without a refill. In conclusion, I would hold off buying this until they have a future model release with hopefully better software because it seems they are not concerned about solving the current issues.

It does a good job with light duty tasks. Did an excellent job mapping the house, better than my Roomba. The pads get dirty often and The fluid does about the same as water does. If you want cleaner pads or fluid then it costs some money to operate and the iRobot supplies are not cheap.

This has been a large improvement over mopping systems I have tried before. It has a large enough battery and enough of a reservoir to mop my entire first floor, about 1000 square ft. I have used it three times now on a dark brown tile floor. It does not leave streaks or haze. I use a 50-50 mixture of water and vinegar. I almost gave it four stars because the replacement mopping pads are very expensive, but I knew that when I purchased it.

This is the best floor mop, and the warranty is amazing. So quiet and so thorough.

The mop worked fine when it worked but it stopped working within a month. Luckily it was within the return window. Not sure if it was a defective one but still wont be buying again die this experience

For us as family we need help, so Roomba has always been the way to go.... however, it is hard to rated it as well as the vacuum since mopping is a totally different task, however, we like the help and it does a good job once you find out the right setting for your home...

Every Friday and remove obstacles and send the robot to clean my whole house..... this is fantastic, piece of mind to the next level... I truly recommend it.. The only problem is mapping and how carpets will give you a issue.. keep that in minds...

So far this robot mop is working pretty good for a spot type of cleaning. Keep in mind, you'll have pull out a traditional mop for heavy cleaning, but it won't be to heavy of a cleaning since the robot has been on the job keeping the floors in decent shape.

Getting a house map created was easy, was silent. But, had returned as the Roomba which was bought in combination was full disappointment and hence had to return this. As without vaccuming, mop does not add value.. still searching for a better robot vaccum.

If you are going for a clean floor nothing beats a dedicated Braava jet. Do not go for 2 in 1 Robot vacuum/mop, this one cleans the floor so much better. A little pricey though.

Great machine. Does an excellent job mopping, and you can teach it to learn the rooms and tell it to only mop specific areas, or not to mop specific areas. Saves a lot of time.

This is a real timesaver and a great way to clean your floors on a daily basis. Love the ability to schedule what rooms each day.

Great product overall. It's pretty accurate and gets the job done. It's pretty quite also. Only downside is I see the tire marks after the floor drys.

Easy to setup and go. Can go over small like ramps. Pretty smart device but do know you are only getting the mopping feature.

Truly amazing robot mop. Yes the price is a bit much, but this mop is super quite and you can control water output. It is a little slow, but it's a mop so to be expected. The pads can cause it to get stuck more than it should, thats a pad issue not robot issue though.
