Very satisfied! Not hip on the technology though. It comes with a washable wet mop but wish I had a spare! Don’t like disposable ones.

Haven’t had this irobot very long but excited to see if it will hold up over time and get the job done.

We love our mop! It differs from the vacuum in that it won’t go up or down on floor levels. Also, IRobot is on back order with the mopping solution and has been since we bought it, so once you run out of the sample bottle it comes with (which you will pretty quickly) you will he left without. We’ve only been able to use it twice since we bought it. Still love it , but not happy with that factor.

It cleans very well only issue is it sometimes gets stuck in between the transition between the ceramic tile and the hard wood.

Cons: Compare to S9 vacuum, this product doesn't go around floors with different levels, for example if you have a hardwood floor which is nailed to tile floor, software is not that matured especially the training, it takes very long to train and if something happen in between, training will start again, there is a spray adjustment but only able to control two settings so for hardwood floors I think the mop is spraying too much Pros: Cleans the floor slowly

Its cleans but wish it scrubbed abit more. Have to clean floor manually every once in a while then use this for maintenance.

It simple to set up does a nice job and best part you don’t have to around

This is my second one, as I made the mistake of not removing the tank between uses on my first one (remove the tank and leave the reservoir open between uses to let it dry out). Does a good job of mopping without leaving streaks

This does a great job on my linoleum but leaves streaks on the laminate wood floor. it does do good to clean the dust off of them though.

Fantastic machine. It’s a little wonky at first while it’s learning your home. However, once it gets its bearings, it does a fantastic job. Be sure to change the pad regularly to avoid streaks. If you change the pad for each room, you won’t ever have streaks. Fantastic product. It only took me a few days to purchase the extended warranty.

Works just as it should for hard tile and wood floors, it goes around rugs and other obstacles with ease. Fluid lasts longer than I expected.

Great tool that augments the performance of my Roomba and keeps all my floors clean!

Excellent robotic mop that does its job efficiently

Features are quite good , drawback is without light it doesn't work , I programmed for night :) .

It is not so good at moving between rooms and from my tile to my laminate. The mapping of the house also took some time, but it cleans the floors and runs well

Huge time saver nothing better than walking on a clean floor when your barefoot

I was really excited to get some help with mopping but i'm not sure that a robot can replace a human in this aspect. I use it but for the size of my area I need something stronger, it leaves streaks on my stone tile floor so i end up having to do it myself. i do not reccoment this item for the price, I wish i would have exchanged it for something more beneficial! I would still do that if i could because I'm not happy with this.

Not for heavy duty cleaning but does the trick for in between maintenance. Picks up pretty good but the mop pad refills can get pricey. We have to change them out a few times for each area of the house so it doesn’t leave streaks one the pad gets pretty full. ONLY purchase on sale. I wish I would have waited. I could have saved $50.
