    I really wanted to like this robot but it left my wood floors VERY streaky. I tried all of the "tricks" on the website to prevent this occurrence but the problem persisted. I ended up returning the item. Hopefully than can correct this issue in the future.

    customer service sucks, one of the worst products I have ever bought. This works half the time the other half I have to try to keep the tank filled at all time otherwise it will not work. It leaves streaks in my floor and no way to clean the nozzle, I had to talk to tech support in India for an hour Im Done going back to best buy
